Casa Sweet will leave guests basking in the beautiful Florida sunshine! With a heated pool and sleeping capabilities for 8, guests will be living in the lap of luxury during their vacation. This new 4- bedrooms – 3-bathroom home boasts 2,650 sq ft to give guests the much-needed Southwest Florida vacation they deserve!
Upon entry into this home, guests will feel immersed into another world. In the living room guests will find modern décor, a large Smart LG TV with a LG Soundboard with comfortable seating for 8 people. In the luxury kitchen, guests will find all they need to cook their favorite meals including stainless steel appliances and kitchen essentials. In the 4 bedrooms guests will find 3 King size beds and one Queen size bed. The bedrooms feature LG flat screen TVs. In the master bathroom guests will find lots of space, a large walk-in shower, two separate sink areas, and a water closet. The 2nd bedroom has an attached bathroom that leads out to the pool deck. The 3rd bedroom and 4th bedroom share a full bathroom with a shower/tub.
Outside, guests will fall in love with their private oasis. The heated pool and spa are perfect for swimming laps, floating around, or playing games. Lots of outdoor furniture gives guests plenty of options of where to soak up the Florida sun.
This spectacular home is in Southeast Cape Coral and just minutes from local shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Casa Sweet will have guests wishing they planned a longer stay!

Stunning!
The home is beautiful, brand new, upscale appliances, heated pool with attached spa. It was extremely clean and the owners were exceptional. All 3 main bedrooms had large TVs and access to their own bathroom. We all absolutely loved our 2 weeks there and didn’t want to leave!

A Great Cape Experience
New construction, contemporary design, VERY spacious and comfortable for a large family. Stylish decor and furnishings, yet very practical. All of the amenities that you really need. Well located in a quiet neighborhood on a canal, very safe and easy to walk in at any time, with quick and easy access within 2-3 minutes to major thoroughfares. Bedding was super comfortable and bedroom arrangements were ideal for our family of six adults and two children. Hosts were SUPERB! Great communication and attention to detail with a welcome booklet containing information for the property and surrounding area. Very accommodating and made themselves available to meet us and ensure the pool and hot tub were warm and ready for use, EVERYONE loved the property and experience, creating the foundation for a fabulous vacation and memories for all.Would definitely return and recommend to others!
