“Parkwood Manor" at Bear Creek Lakes is a brand new 3600 sq ft Chalet home in a quiet wooded setting in the Poconos. Grand 2 story FR with stone gas fireplace. All HW floors except bedrooms, granite countertops, and new appliances. All rooms have flat screen TVs and ceilings fans. Basement has a pool table/air hockey combo table, foosball table, dart board and board games. Wrap around covered deck, and outdoor fire pit. Community has lake beach, swimming pool, tennis. Great for family groups!
The space
This spacious chalet home sits back off the street so there is a quite serene atmosphere. There is plenty of room for the kids to play on the property while the parents have a fire pit and watch a game through the basement sliding doors. There are 4 spacious rooms and a large loft. Plenty of room for a kids sleepover and forts!
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the home except the owners closet on the first floor master bedroom and the golf carts in the garage.
Other things to note
10 access tags and two parking passes come with the rental. HOA holds us to keeping tags on whenever out and about in BCL property/amenities as well as having a pass tag in your car that is able to be seen clearly.
