Spend time exploring vibrant Olde Town or use this as a landing pad for taking the light rail (2 blocks away) to downtown Denver or Golden, or jump on nearby I-70 and be at the slopes in an hour or at Red Rocks Ampitheatre in 20 mins. We're excited for you to experience this amazing location!!
The space
Cozy, open concept floorplan offers a comfortable space with a smart tv with Xfinity cable, as well as a special closet behind the barn door with books, games, cards, puzzles, toys, and a wifi printer. Full kitchen. Each bedroom has a brand new memory foam mattress, bed with 2 reading lights, side tables & smart tv. Full bath. 3rd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, and kitchenette are in attached addition with a connecting door! All linens included. Backyard with firepit, string lights, & pergola.

I could not asked for a better stay. Communication was excellent and the house was very clean and well prepared. The location is perfect for Olde Town Arvada access.

Our host was attentive, the house is cute , clean, well appointed, comfortable beds. The home is just a block away from Old Town Arvada with restaurants coffee shops, and shops all within walking distance of the property.

Very cool location. Walked downtown a lot. Nice hang out area in the back. The home was nice to have two couples stay at - basically had two separate suites. Close to Red Rocks and tour of Coors in Golden.

Perfect location for our Red Rocks visit. The house is just a few steps from the shops and restaurants of charming Olde Town Arvada, with its pedestrians’ only area, including the train station. Was only 10 to ride the train from the airport! My girlfriend drove up to meet me. Ample parking space, at the house, for her SUV. Can’t say enough about the wonderful property. Clean and beautifully decorated! Beds were comfortable. The outdoor space was a special treat. Hope to visit again.

Arvada Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and comfortable and the lay out was great. It was an easy walk to the downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops. We couldn't have hoped for a better location and would choose it again if we get back to the Denver area.

The home was in a great location and was very comfortable. It was a compact home for three bedrooms but quite useable. The bedrooms are definitely on the small side, but we didn't spend much time at the house since we were in town to go to Red Rocks for a concert. It's an easy distance from the Red Rock venue and everyone in our group of 4 agreed we would go back. The house was extremely clean and easy to use. It had an updated design and I really liked that it was close to downtown Arvada. This house was a great find.

Soccer Fun

In town for a soccer tournament. Property was easy to check into, in a great location! We were there for a week and wish we had longer. Place was clean and well stocked with all the things you might need. Grateful to find this gem! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Easter college visit and birthday

My daughter and I traveled to Denver to visit Regis University, where my son is in his sophomore year. His birthday was the week prior and we stayed over Easter weekend, allowing us to host some hungry college students. The entire visit was wonderful, and the house and location were perfect for what we needed.

Just finished our trip and it was so great! The house is immaculate. Decorated So cute and has everything you need. The host checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Everything is very walkable, shops and so many great restaurants. It’s so close to olde town but still so quiet. We did a show at red rocks and it was only about 39 minutes. Check out was a breeze. We didn’t have to deal with garbage or bedding or anything. I would not hesitate to rent this house!
