Just steps from the beach in fabulous Seaview, Fire Island. This family home has it all. Over 5,000 square feet of living with 3 levels of deck on a quite residential beach block. The house has a large eat in kitchen, formal dining room, front and back enclosed porches, extra large living room and a game room with air hockey and foosball tables. There is a great BBQ on the main deck as well as an amazing outdoor private shower. The ocean breezes are incredible. Seaview has 6 tennis courts, lifeguards at the ocean and bay beach, a playground, basketball court, ballfield, grocery store, (that delivers) liquor store, plant store as well as a marina. Ocean Beach is just a few blocks away with restaurants, bars, movies, nightlife, ice cream and shopping.

Great Seaveiw rental

This was a fantastic house which had an unbeatable location. It is a stones' throw from the best part of the seaview beach but not too far away from the action at Ocean Beach. The house was very well maintained with extremely large living quarters with tons of necessities. You could literally just bring your bathing suit and would be good to go. The pool and hot tub are definitely bonuses. I would definitely recommend this house

What a wonderful house. Steps from the beach. The house is extra large with modern updates. The house was so clean and cared for by the owners I really felt at home. There is a big garden too. The hottub and pool are great. This house had it all, bikes, toys, lots of space. It is close to town yet far enough away that you do not hear any town noise. I loved hanging out on the upstairs deck with ocean views. Great price for what you get considering that other houses are small and dark. This house even has a gameroom and a formal dining room. The outdoor shower was fantastic. I would come back here in again and I have been coming to FI for many years.
