Belle maison de cinq chambres nichée au cœur d'Ocean Beach. À quelques pas de la plage, du ferry, des restaurants et de la vie nocturne. Parfait pour les grandes familles pour faire des souvenirs pour toute une vie. Le premier étage comprend trois chambres, une salle de bains et demie. Une salle de bain en suite, beau séjour. Planchers de bois franc partout. Cuisine gastronomique avec électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Chambre principale au deuxième étage, salon complet, salle de bain complète, chambre supplémentaire. Air conditionné partout. Un pont hors de la cuisine qui le rend idéal pour se divertir. Aussi une petite terrasse privée calme pour s'asseoir et lire un livre loin de tout. Idéal pour une grande famille.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very spacious, super close to the beach, ferry, and town. It was also was in a very nice neighborhood.

The house is very large with a great location. The host communicates right away. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Excellent bikes and chairs available. Loved our stay.

Ocean Beach, Fire Island spacious home

This 5-bedroom house was comfortable and well-appointed for our 12-person extended family. Great kitchen -- easy to cook in and with plenty of seating -- and opens to a big deck. Only a block from the ocean where there was a big crew of lifeguards.

Great week at Ocean Beach!

Fire island’s Ocean Beach is such a laid back place to vacation—and Tom’s house was a perfect spot to enjoy it!! Everything we needed was there; location was great; lots of space to relax—front porch, back deck, large kitchen, and second floor sitting area all made the 7 of us comfortable. We’ll be back!

Truly a perfect Fire Island Getaway.

Home was immaculate and Tom was so attentive with making sure we were taking care of from the minute week booked until we left. Home was the perfect distance from the beach and just outside the town so we were able to enjoy every bit of the town. Every room was large and fit everyone easily. Small things like every appliance you could possibly need to enough towels for 30 people is something that really helps when traveling with a group. Will do this again in the near future and will recommend this home to anyone!

Terrific home for family beach vacation.

The house is a block from the ocean and two blocks from the bay. Our preteen children roamed happily from playground to beach to ice cream shops. The house came with lots of bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels to enjoy the beach and all the car-free roads of Ocean Beach and the surrounding towns.

Ocean Beach House

House was in very good condition and with the exception of the BBQ grill, very clean. Great privacy and location with a short walk to the village or in the other direction to the beach. TV with multiple services and bikes for the family. We had a wonderful week.

Life is Better at Ocean Beach

My extended family and I enjoyed our recent vacation at Tom's house. The house was comfortable and accommodated our vacation needs. There was plenty of beach chairs and towels for us all, and everything we needed at the house as well. Tom was always responsive if I had any questions from the start when I booked the house and while we were vacationing. Thanks for giving my family a great spot to make some fun family memories!

Family vacay 2022

The property worked perfectly for our family. Tom was a very gracious host. He provided all the essentials and a few extras. It was nice having a washer and dryer on property. The location was close to everything making it perfect for our group. The beach access was just a 5 minute walk as was the walk into town. There were also bikes available on the property for our use. All in all it was perfect. I highly recommend this rental.

Ocean Beach getaway

Loved it! Perfect location between the restaurants and the beach. Loved just sitting on the front porch and watching people come and go from the beach. Also loved all the wall hangings with the fun quotes...we're all definitely "sliding in sideways". Beautiful home..perfect location..great, responsive owner...thank you!

Great! Vacation at Ocean Beach

We had absolutely no problems with anything at the property. The location couldn’t get any better. Centrally located to town & beach. All of us loved the decor, so beach style. The deck with the long table was perfect for all of us to gather. Tom answered my call quickly which was great! Thx for allowing us to stay at your home!

Great house for a week in Ocean Beach

Great location and perfect house for a group of friends. Under 5 minute walk to both the beach and the main town / bars. Tom was a great host - extremely responsive and provided us with everything we need to enjoy our week in Fire Island.

Amazing Fire Island Vacation!

Just returned from a fabulous week in Ocean Beach. The house was amazing ... large clean kitchen with center island and granite countertops, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, multiple decks, and a/c! It is centrally located between town and the beach ... making it the perfect location. The house had it all ... washer, dryer, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, bikes, towels, blow dryer, paper goods, all the necessities! We had 3 generations celebrating at the home with room to spare! Can't wait to return! Carol and Tom are wonderful homeowners and so easy to work with!

Fire Island Fun!

We just returned from a week at this wonderful Ocean Beach home. The house is spacious, clean, and great for entertaining. The owners were very accommodating and great to work with. Perfectly situated between the town and the beach, this home has it all...from bikes to beach chairs! Highly recommend this for a family vacation!

Perfect Family Vacation

Had a blast again on FI. The house was more than accommodating. We used all 5 bedrooms and had plenty of room for all. The kitchen was big and had everything you need. There are 4 ac wall units which cooled the house down with no complaints from the rug rats. The kids took over the upstairs while the adults stayed downstairs socializing. Everyone loved the outdoor shower which is the only reason I go over! Jk. The location is perfect which is only four houses down toward the beach from Midway. I highly recommend this house.

Big Family getaway

Perfect House for Large or Multiple families!!

Our family had a great week despite the unfavorable weather! The house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with room for 10 to eat at once! We have three kids 24, 20 and 18 and they all brought friends on different nights and had a ball. With couches and the rollaway bed that was there, this house easily sleeps 12-13. Perfectly situated between town and the beach and the wonderful bikes were a daily ritual we all enjoyed. We will be back next year if not before the end of this summer!! Thank you Tom!!

Beautiful home and perfect for large family!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home last summer as we celebrated our "big" anniversary. We had 8 adults, 3 college age grandchildren, 2 young teens , a 2 year old and twins who were 3 months old. The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable. Bathrooms great. The upstairs is like a little apartment with its own sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared a few dinners and had terrific breakfasts and lunches in the kitchen and outdoors on the private deck.....Very roomy. The beach is just down the block and was wonderful. The owners are terrific to work with and they had all kinds of equipment to use like bikes which were enjoyed and also beach toys and chairs for our large group. Ocean Beach has wonderful restaurants which we are were able to walk to and enjoy. The house is close to the ferry and beach. We would definitely recommend this house to friends and relatives.

My wife and I were born and raised in Ireland, move to America in 1990. We live across the Bay in Babylon. My wife fell in love with Fire Island a few years back which prompted us to purchase a home there which we rent for some of the summer and use ourselves for the rest of the time. So the house has everything you could possibly need as we use it ourselves all the time.

It was a newer property in great condition, very well laid out and easily maintained. It is centrally located one block from the center of town and 11 houses from the beach. Makes life easier bringing your luggage from the Ferry and chairs to the beach.

Close to everything but far enough away to allow you your privacy. Have Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Bikes, Outdoor Toys, Indoor Toys, Games, Excellent Wi-Fi. Screened in front deck.
