Extremely clean and comfortable. Close proximity to Ithica, Cornell, and 25 minutes from Greek Peak. Excellent communication from Kelly the host. She made it easy to stay an extra night at the last second. We will be back.

Our stay was great. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the heated floor in the bathroom. We would definitely book this property again.

Clean and Comfortable Place in Ithaca

The property is new and is kept very clean. The living area is spacious and receives wonderful light. An added bonus is that the floors in the bathrooms are heated.

Perfect Ithaca Rental

Thank you to host Kelly for a comfortable graduation weekend in Ithaca NY! This rental is perfectly clean, open spaces to relax in and close enough to Cornell University without being in the middle of campus. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!

Great Place to Stay When Visiting Ithaca

We needed a place for the whole family to stay, while we moved in our son to Cornell. The location was perfect. The house was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location, new home. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. Individual Air conditioning units kept each room at the comfort level needed for each Individual in our family. Easy access for our 85 year old mother who uses a walker. Owner was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this property. Heated bathroom floors are a nice touch.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home, everything was immaculate and looks brand new! There is very quick and easy access to town. The location is quiet and private and when you sit out back on the patio with your coffee, you think that you’re way out in the country! You will feel extremely comfortable - the rooms are spacious (love the master closet), and there is room for everyone to spread out. It’s decorated beautifully! The host is thorough and very easy to communicate with. Thank you for all the work you put into this home and sharing it with others!

Great House

Property was very clean and welcoming. No surprises at all. Plenty of space for our party of 6. Location is close to Ithaca and Cornell. Only concern was lack of seating for groups over 4.

Can't Say Enough Good Things About Our Stay

This was our first time to rent VRBO, and the host very promptly responded to my questions the week before our reservation began. It made me much more comfortable with this new process. Cleanliness and quiet are at the top of my list of requirements, and this place exceeded our expectations. Not only is it clean, but there was a backup of supplies like disinfectant, toilet tissue, Keurig pods, and a few basic staples in the cupboard. The ability to control the temperature in individual rooms was a real plus. After arriving home, the host very graciously sent an item that we had forgotten. What's not to like about this place? I'd go back in a heartbeat! We

My wife and I really enjoyed our one week stay at your beautiful rental property. The house was quite spacious and fully equipped; we especially enjoyed our early mornings and evenings in the living room after a day of exploring the area. The house was close to many of the sites and outdoor activities that we had wanted to explore while we were in the area around Ithaca, especially the hiking trails and waterfalls. The area around the house was quiet and very private.
