As longtime Hilton Head visitors, we found this charming villa in Sea Pines as a perfect place from which to enjoy all we love about the island. Situated within the security and comfort of beautiful Sea Pines, our home away from home has a great rental history with consistently rave reviews, in an absolutely ideal location.

Across the street from Plantation Golf, home to two of Sea Pines' esteemed courses (Atlantic Dunes and Heron Point), you can literally walk to and from the club and its beautiful clubhouse and fantastic practice area. Just steps further, you arrive at the Sea Pines Beach Club and one of the best strands of beach in the Eastern US. A bike rental site is also across the street if you prefer to ride to the beach or explore the famous bike paths within Sea Pines and around the island.

When you arrive at the villa, which has a dedicated parking spot and more for guests, you see, feel and smell the beauty of the moss draped island. Opening the door enters you into a much bigger and more open space than you imagine from the outside, with a completely integrated Carolina room blended into the large living room space. The villa is fully furnished and has a complete kitchen, dining table area, tile and wood floors, smooth ceiling, and washer/dryer. A short hallway takes you to two large bedrooms, each with king beds, their own updated full baths, and large windows. In fact, the sunlight that streams into the entire villa and across the back patio and yard makes it feel very warm, comfortable, and inviting to the South Carolina coast. This villa has updated HVAC and is also an end unit, so very private.

From here, it is also only minutes to HarbourTown and its famous lighthouse, South Beach Marina known for the Salty Dog, and various other great restaurants and shops. Or stay home and use the grill to cook up local shrimp, steaks, or whatever your pleasure.

Great location & very spacious. Love that it had 2 king bedroom sets and not 2 twins in one room like a lot of rentals. Worked great for our family of 4! (2 Littles!!)

Excellent rental experience. Bruce was excellent to communicate with. The property was clean, comfortable and located in awesome location. It was 10 minute walk or 5 min bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club (you can drop off gear there by car), 2 minute walk to the Golf Complex and easy bike ride to Harbour Town. Highly recommend.

Spacious, Bright condo minutes from the beach

We were thrilled with this condo. It was spacious, bright, and clean. Location can’t be beat. We loved that it was a ground floor unit. It was very quiet- couldn’t hear any neighbors. No complaints. We hope we can stay here again.

Highly recommend

Had a great time last week here. Great location. Bruce responds quickly if you need anything. Really the only thing missing is access to a pool but we didn’t miss that too much. Will likely stay here again on our next trip.

Feels Like Home

We spent three nights at this Sea Pines Villa. It was clean and the location was perfect. We were able to park our vehicle and walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed including storage space for our groceries. The two bathrooms were nice and had very good water pressure. The two master bedrooms, with kings, were comfortable. Plenty of closet and drawer space. The host was great to work with and easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this unit again. Highly recommend if you want a place that is clean, comfortable feels like home.

Perfect Stay

This property is one of the best we've stayed in. The space and decor made it feel very comfortable with a nice hidden patio area in back. Home had beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Location was perfect with scenic walk by the clubhouse totaling less than a half mile walk to the Beach Club(also free parking after Labor Day). Saw several alligators in the waterways will walking and biking. The Sea Pines area is a short drive away from most restaurants and shopping but it's a scenic, quiet location. Loved our stay.

Relaxing Getaway-Great Location

This was a great rental property, very clean and spacious! We vacationed with three adults and a small dog and it was perfect for our stay. It's just down the street from the Beach Club where we went to eat dinner overlooking the ocean. We also rode our bikes (rented from Island Life Bike Rentals) to watch the sun rise, and some evenings, the moon rise. The owners were great to work with and we hope to stay here again soon!

Still a great place

We have stayed here many times and continue to come back. The location, the owners, and the comfort, make it our regular stop in HHI. You can't beat the convenience of this villa and it has everything your family needs to ensure a great vacation. Excellent location

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the space. We had three adults and two children and all slept very comfortably. It was a short walk to the beach and we always love going to see Pines because a harbourtown, which was a short drive, or trolley ride away. Pat was prompt to answer any questions we had and it was very nice having an outdoor area to rinse off when we got back from the beach.

Overall perfect condo for us!

This condo is in a great location in Sea Pines with an easy walk to the beach. It was very clean when we arrived and the owner is really responsive. The condo was exactly what we needed for our vacation!

We have stayed at many of the villas in this complex over the years and this one is no disappointment. Excellent area with quick access to the beach, golf, Harbortown, pizza, Salty Dog area, etc. We rented bikes and hardly ever used the car. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable. Good wifi and HVAC. Overall the unit was in very good condition and was quiet even though it is near the road. I would recommend it as long as the pricing stays competitive to the others. VRBO's fees are terrible and this is not the owner's fault.

Wonderful! My daughter, son in law and I enjoyed our stay at Sea Pines. The location was an easy walk an even shorter bike ride to the beach. The unit was better than the pictures. Nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. The unit was clean and well taken care of. The property owner Pat was easy to work with. I would stay there again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Sea Pines, Sublime!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sea Pines is a wonderful location and we have been vacationing in that part of Hilton Head for over fifteen years. This is the first time we have stayed at this property and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Pat Cassio is an excellent host and went beyond all of our expectations to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. She was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The location of the property was perfect. The beach was close and easy to bike or walk to. We walked to restuarants and biked to other restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, and various interesting sites. In our opinion, everything was perfect for our vacation and the main reason for it being perfect was the location and the "home away from home" feeling provided by the host. We loved it!
