Come take in the 'Coastal' soul restoration in this beautiful ground level, Beachfront corner Villa G-1. Offering incredible Beachfront views of the Gulf of Mexico and award winning, sugar white sand beaches of St. George Island from multiple decks with fantastic direct views of the community swimming pool! G-1 has 2 newly renovated bathrooms, a queen sleeper sofa in the living space, coastal decor throughout and tile floors.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and master bathroom (shower), private beachfront deck access and a flat screen smart TV. The bunk bedroom has 1 stand alone twin bed and 1 bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top) with access to the shared hallway shower/tub bathroom. Sleeps a total of 8 guests comfortably. The washer and dryer are located in the shared hallway bathroom.

Villa G-1 is centrally located in the West Gulf Beaches neighborhood with super convenient access to the multi-use path connected to the whole island! Just minutes to local island shops, restaurants, nightlife, fishing pier, St. George Island Museum and playground!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this Unit. We have stayed in several other villas and this Unit had the most comfortable beds by far. Also the ceiling fan in the primary was a huge bonus. Only possible recommendation would be maybe a storage shelf in the kitchen for snacks and food but this didn't affect our stay negatively at all. I also would have loved access to a broom. I always clean before we leave and I hated leaving it so sandy :). Would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: TV in second bedroom not connected to cable, No paper towels, no dish liquid, coffee maker did not work properly, construction dust all over patio, in sliding door tracks that got wet and formed cement, all over outdoor furniture, got tracked into condo. Took two days for crew to pressure wash. I followed up with buckets of water to rinse off and wipe down chairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best week. We have stayed in G-1 Villa 4 times now. I love the location. The unit has a new washer and dryer since last year. It also has a new coded entry. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is 1 eye on the stove that does not work. The beds are very comfortable except for the couch pullout. This is not a bed one would want to sleep on all week unless you brought a topper of some sort. The closet door in the master bedroom was off the hindge. That is just cosmetic and did not affect our stay at all. We feel like its our home away from home when we stay here. Thank you for a great experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures do not show all the work that this condo needs done. We stay at lots of properties and realize that things will not be perfect even when you pay high prices and this Condo has great bones, but the age and wear and tear shows when you step inside. Yes, the condo was cleaned, but there was a terrible smell when you first stepped in, so management brought air freshener to use. The couches were so dirty, that management brought blankets to cover them. None of the screen doors function easily as you can barely slide them open and you cannot lock the patio doors as they are so corroded, hence the bar in the door rail for security. Of the two showers, only one worked the other dribbled and you can see mold coming through the painted/patched ceilings. The best part of this place was the porch, the fabulous view and best location in complex with easy access to beach and next to nice pool. That being said, we were not informed that we would have to keep our drapes closed as there were workers crossing right on our porch most every morning by our front bedroom. Yes work on ocean front properties does need done, but the workers should not take short cuts across your patio every morning. So would I stay here again, probably not - if issues were corrected, possibly just for the view and location. Sorry, but we paid a lot of money for one week which was our vacation. Hope the cute geckos that were in the condo found their way out!
