La Villa Sugar Sands possĂšde des portes vitrĂ©es pliantes qui prolongent la villa de luxe de 1900 pieds carrĂ©s sur la vĂ©randa, oĂč vous pourrez profiter de belles vues tropicales sur la ceinture de verdure de Po'ipu et vous dĂ©tendre en plein air dans le confort du salon. La villa est situĂ©e Ă  distance de marche (5 minutes) de certaines des meilleures plages de l'Ăźle ainsi que du Grand Hyatt. AprĂšs une journĂ©e passĂ©e Ă  explorer tout ce que Kauai a Ă  offrir, vous pourrez vous retirer dans le confort de la climatisation centrale. Cette unitĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un mobilier haut de gamme et d'une cuisine gastronomique bien approvisionnĂ©e.

Pour les familles accompagnant de jeunes enfants, la villa est équipée d'un Pack N Play, d'une chaise haute, de vaisselle et ustensiles adaptés aux enfants, d'un parasol et de jouets de sable. Il n'y a pas d'escalier - tout est situé au rez-de-chaussée, donc pas besoin de s'inquiéter d'éventuelles chutes.

L'établissement propose une piscine et un bain à remous de style complexe, des barbecues, un centre de remise en forme, un club-house et l'accÚs au club de tennis Po'ipu Kai. Des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard et des serviettes sont fournis pour votre plaisir. Il y a un grand parking situé à quelques pas de notre unité. Nous avons du personnel sur l'ßle disponible pour répondre à tous vos besoins de vacances.

- La premiĂšre suite principale comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bains privative avec deux pommes de douche, une double vasque et une baignoire de trempage autonome.
- La deuxiĂšme suite principale comprend un lit king-size et sa propre salle de bains privative avec deux pommes de douche.
- La troisiĂšme chambre comprend deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent ĂȘtre convertis en lit king-size sur demande et un matelas pliant de taille standard parfait pour un enfant. La troisiĂšme salle de bain complĂšte comprend Ă©galement deux pommes de douche.
- Le canapé-lit est situé dans la salle familiale et comprend un canapé-lit gigogne avec matelas Air Dream amélioré.

Excellent unit in a complex that has become our favorite! The pool and hot tub area is fabulous, the ground floor location makes it easy to just step outside and walk anywhere. The unit was thoughtfully appointed and as described. Our 8 year old slept on the air mattress and it was perfect for him. We will be back!

Stunning property in a beautiful location in Poipu Kai resort. Very close to a lovely pool with BBQ area. The villa is well equipped for both adults and kids. The host is very responsive and helpful. Within 5 minutes walk from Poipu beach where the sea turtles come out to sleep on the beach at sunset. Also only a 5 minute walk to the Hyatt with its amazing grounds and the koi - fish food is provided to feed the fish!We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Unit in Perfect Location

This beautiful 3 bed/3 bath unit was perfect for our family trip. We had three married couples (2 retired parents and two married kids) plus an 18 month old. The unit was clean and efficient. Lots of toys for the toddler. Short walk to the beach. Easy access to everything else Kauai has to offer. Just a great stay. We hope to stay at Sugar Sands again sometime!

Easy walking to Shipwreck and Poipu beaches

The rental is within walking distance to Shipwreck, Brennecke's, and Poipu beaches. It was very clean and provided numerous kitchen appliances, utensils, and dishes. Beach gear including towels, beach chairs, a wagon, etc. were available for a group of 6 adults. The landscaping was beautiful, and we enjoyed spending time on the lanai. The condo is very close to the pool. Check-in was very easy, and the owners were quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Perfect Family Getaway

This place had everything we needed! Everyone had their own spacious room and bathroom. The kitchen was full equipped so we cooked a few meals at home. The condo came with all the beach gear you could ever need (chairs, wagon, boogie boards). And this was our first time traveling with our under one year old, so having a pack and play and high chair at the condo was a huge help! The pool on site was warm and never too crowded. Poipu beach and Shipwrecks beach were a quick walk away. We had a great family trip and will be back!!!

Great place for a family

Beautiful 3 bedroom condo. Perfect for a family of six adults plus a toddler. Pool, hot tub and grill right outside the front door (gated for safety). The beach a short walk away with a wagon to pull the baby, towels, chairs and beach toys. Poipu beach is great for kids and snorkeling and turtles. You will need a car. Best place for groceries is Costco near the airport.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing stay in this villa with a family of 5 (3 children) and grandparents. The proximity to both pool and beach was wonderful and we loved how walkable everything was from the greenbelt right outside the door. The layout of the villa was perfect for our needs. We hope to return some day!

Excellent place to stay close to the beach

So many positives. Too many to list. Our group was a family of 7 with three small kids, parents, and 2 grandparents. The kids enjoyed the bedroom including the sleep pad. The villa is very kid friendly (high chair, pack n play, toys, etc). The villa is very well finished with a nice lanai. The pool and hot tub is steps from the front door. The villa came with so many beach chairs, umbrella, toys for the kids that we could not use them all. To get to the beach you just turn left off the lanai and keep walking. About 15 mins with small kids. That beach is so fantastic for small kids. There is a little protected area on the beach that is like a 1 ft deep pool in the ocean with a sandy bottom. So great for little kids. You can also snorkel right there in the 4 ft deep area. There are also Hawaiian sea turtles that rest on the beach at this spot. We even saw a whale in the distance. If you walk off the lanai in the other direction The green belt walking path takes you to the Grand Hyatt about 10-15 min walk. The Luau there is fabulous. I had a small issue during our stay (no shampoo in the shower pump) and the owner had this resolved the same day. I highly recommend this villa if you want to stay in the Poipu area.

Great for two families

Perfect location and amenities for two families. Walking distance to a great beach for kids/toddlers, a park, & turtle viewing. Pool was also very family friendly and clean. The beach and pool toy collection was also perfect. The house was clean and well stocked for cooking.

Wonderful Villa in a perfect spot in Poipu

We enjoyed our stay in the villa it was in the perfect location to walk to the beach and eateries. The patio was our favorite place to hang out and eat our meals and relax. Would highly recommend staying here for your next vacation.

Great family villa

The villa was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 16 month old twin boys. The inside layout worked great for our needs and furnishings were comfortable. Loved the garden level and close location to the pool. The easy access to the walking trail was super convenient for beach and adjacent hotel access.

Great Stay!

We traveled in a group with two families with younger kids. We found the unit to be clean, updated and comfortable. Memorable family vacation

Sugar Sands was a wonderful place for our family to gather and celebrate a special birthday and new birth! The location, just steps from the path to the beach, was wonderful. All the beach items were there to use including a wagon. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking family meals and the beds were comfy. Highly recommend!

Fun Family Vacation

The condo is very comfortable, we loved opening the doors to the lanai. It's a convenient location - we were able to walk to the beach, trails and even to get takeout. Each day was a different drive to explore various areas around the island - each having it's own beauty. A great stay !!

The Sugar Sands Villa is the vacation home of the Treitz and Chessum families. We reside in Los Angeles, but have roots in Canada and North Carolina. We first had the opportunity to explore Po'ipu while on our babymoons and since then, we have purchased the villa to share this majestic place with our growing families and friends.

We love travelling to Kauai for our family vacation and this property has everything we need to have a relaxing and enjoyable trip. The Villa is very spacious and has an ideal layout with 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It is within walking distance of Poipu Beach, Brenneckes Beach and also the Grand Hyatt when we want a nice dinner out. We look forward to coming here every year and we know you will love it as well.
