We can help you plan everything for your trip, including: transportation (rental cars, private shuttles, private helicopter or airplane transportation), the areaâs best tours, private chef and dinner reservations.
The home is in a private and secure neighborhood, nestled in the mountains and jungles, between Dominical and Manuel Antonio.
Guests love the wildlife and privacy this property and home provide.
For check-in, Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management / Costa Rica Las Villas Representative at a pre-determined location and then be escorted past the gates and up to the home.
Check-in must be completed by 8:00 pm. For check-ins between 8 pm and 10 pm there is a $50 late arrival fee and approval must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No check-ins or arrivals after 10 pm. For security and safety reasons, we cannot leave keys outside a property for pick up later. Osa Property Management reserves the right to not grant access if guests are arriving after 8 pm. We encourage all of our Guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any costs that may arise from flight delays, cancelations, etc.
The property is 100% private with no shared spaces. Guests will have exclusive use of the swimming pool and all areas on the property.
Pack n'Play or Baby Travel Bed can be rented for an additional $50 USD (plus VAT) fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
A 4x4 vehicle is required.
The fastest way to arrive is to have our Concierge book you a flight from SJO to Quepos on one of the local airlines. From the Quepos airport, Guests are only 40 minutes from the property.
Our Concierge can line up a rental vehicle for you.
The property is approximately 8 minutes from the Costanera Highway.
Cascada Escondida is a wonderfully remodeled 3-bedroom home nestled between Dominical and Quepos/Manuel Antonio.
Guests love the western facing covered patio on the Main Floor that stretches the entire length of the home and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or end-of-day sunsets. The Main Floor is where the kitchen, living room and dining area is located. In addition, the Main Floor is also where the spacious Owner's Suite is located with its en-suite bathroom and king-size bed.
Down one flight of exterior stairs are where the other two bedrooms are located.
Bedroom #2 has two queen beds and Bedroom #3 has a king-size bed.
A Jack-and-Jill bathroom is between the bedrooms. There is also another full-size bathroom on this floor.
The private swimming pool, rancho and patio are down one more flight of stairs. From the pool Guests can also enjoy the sunsets, the amazing wildlife (typically howler monkeys, scarlet macaws and toucans). The huge swimming pool is a great place to enjoy the Costa Rica sun and to grill up some food near the pool in the rancho area.
Guests are only 10 minutes from beaches, shopping, restaurants.
NOTE: ALL BEDROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING
The Owners of this property love to cook, therefore, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, containers, utensils, etc.
Every vacation rental managed by Osa Property Management/Costa Rica Las Villas will have the following provided:
