Great vacation property!

We greatly enjoyed the house. The location is great! Very quiet safe area. 10 min walk to the very nice clean uncrowded beach. Very easy communication with the owner. We highly recommend this vacation house!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home! Pool isn't huge but is a great size to jump in and cool off. My son loved the access to the Spanish River/Intercoastal waters for fishing. Great location and nice updated home. Wonderful visit!

Our Trip to Lauderdale by the Sea...

...was made best by these accommodations! Loved the location in established neighborhood - A private beach few blocks away & across the street was an extra treat! Screened in porch with TV, headed pool on canal made outdoor enjoyment. Nice host & well stocked. Better in real than pics show :-() Thanks again, Viet!

Great stay

This house was just what we needed for our spring break stay with our daughter and her friend! The heated pool and hot tub was definitely our favorite over looking the canal. House was well equipped with everything we needed, from beach towels and chairs, to kitchen appliances we needed. Very clean and simple. Home owner was quick to respond to our text, or he even called once to explain how to get to the beach that the neighborhood has excess to. A block off beach. Definitely would stay here again if we come back this way.

Great location

The property was amazing. The outlet in the master bedroom where the only lamp was plugged in didn't work, the shower curtain in the main bathroom fell down and broke as soon as we touched it, there were towels and hand towels but no washcloths anywhere and there were no instructions on the bowl full of remotes as to how to work the tvs or the hot tub. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, a very clean home with all the essentials provided which was very nice. It was in a great location not far from anything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, fishing off the dock and the fact that the mosquitoes were not bad at all. Check in and check out was easy and the fact that we could make payments up until almost our arrival was a blessing. I would definitely recommend this place over and over.

Location was great but house needed updating. Beds in second bedroom were very uncomfortable. No pool service. Grill is on its last leg. Pool chairs were in dire need of cushions.

A nice property

The house is lovely and close to the beach. Unfortunately the host didn’t send us the lock box code and we had to spend the first night in a hotel. VRBO covered the hotel. The house has video cameras which weren’t listed and the host would text me if my kids were running around the pool, etc. The cameras weren’t listed in the VRBO listing. It didn’t feel good to know we were being watched and we wouldn’t have chosen the property if we’d know about the cameras.

our vacation

my brother lou, our mother, and i stayed at viet's private home and our stay was wonderful! viet was so nice and very pleasant to deal with, he made us feel like it was our own home. we loved the privacy and the quietness. we also enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday, it was one of the best vacations we have ever had, and we will absolutely be coming back and also let all of our friends and family know about it. so, in closing we would like to thank viet for his hospitality and we will see you again. anyone who is looking for a beautiful home to get away to- call viet! you will fall in love with the home and the area. thanks viet!!!!!!!!!! edna, lou,&grace

Simple Perfection

We enjoyed our 6 night stay and hope to book again. Relaxful. The house is tastefully simple and has all the needs and comforts a home provides, pictures in listing are outdated. Walk to the beach is about 5-7 minutes, safe developed older neighborhood with a pool, spa, and canal. There's a beautiful tree in the backyard that provides grounding space and shade to feel the intercoastal breeze. If you spent time going back and fourth on available listing, this one is a fabulous choice. We stayed as family of 3, could easily accommodate a family of 5. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable but it's more the size of a full vs. queen. We are use to a king size so there's that. Overall 10+ highly recommend.

Great stay, great property

This property felt like home and was perfect for our needs. Neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located. We loved the private beach with plenty of private parking. Fishing off the dock had good action and species variety keeping my son entertained when the rest of us were enjoying down time. Host was responsive when we had questions. We would definately stay here again.

Loved this place!

We had a wonderful week during our stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything that we needed, and the backyard pool/spa area along the canal was its own little paradise. The walk to the beach only took about five minutes, or we could drive over and park at the private beach entrance. The beach was never crowded at all, which was a plus. Just read the rest of the reviews. The photos do not totally represent what you will see when you get there, especially with the spacious screened porch and the office with futon. If we visit the area again, we will definitely try to book here. Thank you, Viet!

Great, clean, and comfortable house

We love this property! It was clean and had everything you needed. Our kids particularly loved the pool. Five minute walk to a private beach which was never crowded. Viet the owner was very welcoming. We will definitely be back next year.

Please read the agreement. Location is good, pool filter back in late july early august of 2021 was a little finicky. Overall it is a great place, we don't appreciate when property owner yelling at us for something that we did not do.

Wonderful Home

What a great house in a wonderful neighborhood. The house was large for our family of 4. Had an amazing back yard with a nice pool, outdoor seating, a screened in porch and right on the water. The inside of the home had everything you could need. It is about a 5 min walk from the beach or there is private parking for you at the beach if you prefer. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach was never very busy. The location is great. The pictures online are great but in person it is even better. We would highly recommend this home.

Awesome place to stay!

The house was clean, comfortable, private and had everything we needed (and more). We had fun playing in the pool most days, but the beach was a short walk and absolutely gorgeous! There is a huge screened-in patio which was a great place for enjoying meals. Having two little ones, I was grateful that there was a comfy leather sofa, tile floors throughout, and child locks on the doors. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Viet!

Great place

Staying here was a true vacation for the whole family. The kids were in and out of the pool all day or exploring the tropical plants. The iguanas were a big hit too. Easy and short walk to the beach. Mice house layout and equipped with anything you need for cooking/baking. We will be going back soon.
