This is the coolest place in town to sit on deck and watch it all! First Floor Unit with steps to your private deck as well as an elevator. Two lighthouse view from deck (Bald Head Island and Caswell Beach). Steps away from Southport Marina boat ramp and docks. Everything is included - linens- towels- paper products. All you have to do is walk in and relax! No hidden or cleaning fees it's all included in the price.

Unit #3 features a king size bed, bathroom with step in tile shower, living area with 55" smart TV, and kitchenette with small refrigerator, sink, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. A private deck with a great view of the water and the activity at the Southport Marina.

Unit is located in walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. Stroll along the yacht basin to see the shrimp boats and have a cocktail or dinner at Fishy Fishy Cafe or Provision Company. Walk downtown and enjoy the shops, or visit the city pier and do some fishing. The salt MarshWalk is located directly across from the condo with a gazebo over the water for great views.

Two 2022 Beach Cruisers included with your rental. You can ride around town, walk or just just sit back and relax. Local Owner/Operator. Every Comforter and all linens are washed between every rental - No Exceptions! Elevator in complex if needed.

Wonderful location -- very clean! Perfect for a weekend getaway! Ted was a wonderful host and extremely communicative. Be sure to take one of his sightseeing charters. The sunset cruise was wonderful! Highly recommend Ted's place in Southport, which is a true heaven on earth.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit! The location was perfect. It was a joy seeing the boats at the marina, and there’s a marsh boardwalk close by that provided spectacular views of the area and sunset! Ted was quick with any questions we had and provided excellent recommendations for us. This VRBO is certainly a favorite spot and a place to return to soon.

This property is so beautiful! One of the cleanest and neatest we have ever stayed at. Everything is perfectly in its place and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Beautiful location in walking distance to downtown Southport and we really enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the boats.Ted has done a wonderful job decorating and he is an amazing host. He answered right away if there was anything we needed and check-in was an absolute breeze. Thank you, Ted, for a great experience. We will definitely stay here again. See you soon!

Room was clean, pretty and simple decor - with nice views of the marina and the outdoor high top table and chairs very nice! Good to have a larger than normal bathroom, more than enough hangers & the fan was also a blessing for those of us (menopausal)who need that! Location is great - not in the center of things, which we like, but soooo close to the center - walkable to many shops & eateries. Loved walking around the neighborhoods & watching the dolphins & sunsets while we ate at one of the nearby restaurants. September was a pretty & quiet & weather-wise great time of year to visit. Ted, the host, was very quick to respond to comments and questions. We would definitely stay again and recommend this apartment.

What a great experience and a great property. We so love going to Southport now we have a go to place to stay, when not staying with friends. What a Great studio apartment perfect for two people perfect location very clean and Captain Ted could not be a better host.
