This property worked great for our family trip with our pet. It was well stocked to cook meals and head to the beach.

Great location

Our stay at PB cottage was lovely! The location was perfect to everything that we wanted to do in SD (Sea World, Zoo, Balboa Park, and beaches). The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Tania was so sweet and reached out beforehand asking if we would like s’mores while we were there which was a huge hit with everyone. Thank you Tania for being a wonderful host!

The place was nice overall. Good space for our trip to San Diego with friends and for Comic Con. We had two families of four staying in the house for several days and we had a great time. The front bedroom with the bunk bed and trundle is very small, but we did have 4 kids stay in that room!We had a few challenges with kitchen supplies (no sponge or dish soap was provided and the cutting board was broken) and if you’re staying more than a couple days, be prepared to use the Vons down the street to buy more toilet paper and soap for yourself because there’s only a small supply provided by the host.Overall, great stay and we had a good trip to San Diego!

Great stay in Mission Bay!

We had a wonderful stay at Tania’s place. It was clean and everything as expected! Loved the location in Mission Bay/Pacific Beach as it was pretty central to everything we wanted to do (San Diego zoo, LEGOLAND, Torrey Pines, La Jolla, Padres game, Point Loma/Cabrillo national monument). Less than a 10 min drive to Pacific Beach which was super easy and a great fit for our kids. Check in was easy, Tania was very responsive before and during our stay. She even had chairs, boogie boards, and other things we were able to use at the beach. We didn’t visit Sea World this trip but it is very close/would be very easy to do. Before we left to come back home we were already saying how we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property, even better host!

We picked this rental because it had enough space for our family, was close to everywhere we were going, and had parking spaces included. Even before we arrived, Tania impressed us. She asked if we wanted holiday decorations or s'mores for the kids, which is such a thoughtful touch. Check-in was really easy, the parking spaces were very clearly labeled, the space was clean, plenty of towels for our large group, the wifi was fast, and there were little details that made this better, such as luggage stands (the kind in hotels), games for kids, makeup towels and cleaning wipes. Whenever I had questions about anything, Tania was incredibly responsive and replied instantaneously. We went to San Diego during a rainy time, so we enjoyed the indoor fireplace (nice and toasty). We had an opinionated group of 6 adults and 2 kids and there were no complaints. Definitely recommend this rental and Tania as a host!

We had a great stay in Mission Bay! The location was perfect—close to the water, beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do around San Diego. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Mission Bay was a great home base for exploring San Diego while still having a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The house was the perfect spot for our family vacation and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a get away. We really liked the fact that the beach was very close to the beach! Our host Tania was great to work with and communication was easy and quick.
