Déçue

Nous ne sommes restĂ©s qu’une journĂ©e et demi. À cause des nombreux chants du coq du propriĂ©taire en pleine nuit et les aboiements de chiens des voisins, le fait qu’il n’y avait pas de table Ă  dĂźner et pas de pression d’eau
 le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs gentil.

Everything was great. I had everything I needed. I accidentally locked myself out and the host was very quick to respond and assist me. I would definitely rent this property again. Far more comfortable than a hotel for me personally.

Nathan was so helpful and made our stay so pleasant..Everything for overnight stay was available even the dish soap, blankets & dvd movies for the family..The best option was the outside BBQ which made a family dinner so nice...

The trailer was roomy and we had enough beds for our family of 7. There is a table outside and a barbecue. We basically just needed a place to sleep, not hang out so it did it’s job.

A good deal for the Phoenix region

After looking at some ridiculous prices for the downtown area we found this nice deal. Aside from the neighbors noisy chickens we had a pleasant stay. The owner was very responsive, answering all our questions and helping us out with some extra kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable and the fridge had the space we needed for a long weekend. The check in guide was clear and for check out they handled all the left over food so nothing went to waste.

Cozy stay

Very nice spot! Very clean and the chickens were entertaining! Only wish the tv was a smart tv as there was no way to put a firestick in to unwind with at the end of the day. The host was awesome. Would 100% stay again!

Affordable Option

Great location if you're attending a sporting event at the Arizona Athletic Grounds. Hosts were very friendly & responsive. RV was clean inside, had all the amenities that you'd have in a house & was roomy enough for a long weekend (we had 3 grown people). We gave 4 stars on cleanliness because we had to clean the bbq and the patio table/chairs prior to using and there was chicken poop on the outside stairs of the RV that we had to clean. We gave 4 stars on the check-in process because since driving through the gate to the RV to unload is not allowed, we had to make 3-4 trips from our car to the RV (and back at check-out). I'd suggest having a cart available for guests. We gave 4 stars on the online listing because we felt like we didn't have as much privacy/quiet as we understood we'd have from what we read. The host had a party (outside pool party w/kids) one night so it was loud and we did not feel comfortable enjoying the patio area. A suggestion would be to install a fence panel or 2 around the patio area. When we did sit out there we were facing the back windows of the house and it just felt awkward. The other thing not listed (or I did not see) was that they have chickens/roosters (which were fun to watch during the day) and they were very loud with the rooster of course waking us up in the am. If you're on vacation and trying to sleep in, beware that most likely won't happen.

If you are an RV fan you should definitely stay here!

Nathan & family were very hospitable. The area the RV is in is contained inside their backyard fence. There is tons of room to play in the yard. Their chickens are quite cute roaming around. The bed was comfortable. They provided coffee & a pot that was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend, especially for families with children.

Wedding Visitors

We had a wonderful visit with family at my niece's wedding at nearby Snepf's Farm so only were at the VRBO to sleep. The beds were OK but one had a foam mattress which was less then ideal. The biggest problem we had was concern about running out of water since there was a 5 gallon limit. So I never took a shower since there out of worry that I'd run out of water to rinse off shampoo or soap.

Great Stay

Nathan was very accommodating to our needs. His property was beautiful and centrally located to everything we needed. He was extremely easy to communicate with. Our stay was just perfect, easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay with him.

Super cute RV stay in Quiet Neighborhood

Nathan is a great host! Any questions is just a simple text away. Love the neighborhood and plenty of stores just a few minutes away. Beautiful property and definitely a place I would stay again.

The RV was a fun new experience for our family of 4. Traveling a budget the price worked for us. We stayed for 2 nights but only to sleep. My kids loved the very large bunk beds, I was somewhat worried about the safety with the kids since there were no safety bars. My kids had no problems. The property was beautiful, however on the first day the grassy area was flooded and I had to make sure to keep the kids away in fear of them just falling in. The RV was so homie, make sure to read all the directions prior to stay. There were games, and puzzles also a folder full of movies. It was very well air conditioned. The only complaint I have, the shower had no pressure and no hot water from the shower. There was hot water from the sink. Showering the kids was not possible. You get what you paid for. Wouldn’t recommend staying with kids.

Cool Camper
