Strong Wi-Fi Open floor plan, large kitchen, 2 office desks, ping-pong table, corn hole, screened in porch, large patio area, deck spaces, plenty of parking, quiet area.

Onsite washer & dryer, spacious kitchen stocked with spices, olive oil, salt/pepper, Ninja blender, garbage bags, ziplocks, foil, chip clips, tea, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels. Three large TVs. The main level has 4 of the bedrooms all on one level. One office space in main level master bedroom. Walkout basement has large open space, bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a full bath and a 2nd desk space in the downstairs living room. Large patio space with fire pit, outdoor tables, grill, and corn hole. Great outdoor spaces on the front and back for reading a book or enjoying conversations.

The entire house and amenities are included - all driveways for parking. . There is a separate 2 car garage in the back of the property that we use for storage.

Very quiet area. Because we are near the state park be aware that we sometimes see bears, foxes, hawks, deer, and other wildlife might be nearby. 1 mile drive from the Park entrance, 1/2 mile walk to the waterfall. You will need to buy a day pass if you drive your car in.

-No Parties or events. We have security cameras only on the exterior of the property.

-Check in is anytime after 4PM
-Check out by 10AM
-Self check in with keypad on door
