Magnifique villa située sur le site exceptionnel de Happy Bay. Coucher de soleil féerique.
Villa de 160 m2 située sur le site exceptionnel d'Happy Bay. Elle est entièrement climatisée, clôturée et gardiennée (portail électrique). La villa a été entièrement décorée par le peintre Francis ECK.

Elle comprend :
- une entrée donnant sur le salon (canapé en cuir, table basse, écran plasma: chaines françaises et américaines, internet wi-fi et bibliothéque);
- une cuisine équipée (four, micro ondes, cafetière, grille pain, blender et plaque électrique);
- un cellier (lave linge, séche linge, lave vaiselle et frigo américain),
- 3 grandes chambres (lits king size, nombreux placards et salles de bain avec douche);
- une grande terrasse donnant sur la piscine (salon, coin repas, barbecue);
- un solarium de 50m2 avec 6 transats et
- un magnifique jardin arboré.
Toutes les pièces de la Villa Lucie ont une vue mer.

Pour notre clientèle nous proposons un service gratuit supplémentaire. Si vous louez votre voiture pendant votre séjour chez notre partenaire (+590 690 35 73 00). Julia viendra vous accueillir à l’aéroport et vous conduira si nécessaire jusqu’ à la villa.

La villa propose aussi un studio totalement indépendant que le propriétaire se réserve le droit d'utiliser si il est sur l'île. Le proprietaire n'a pas acces à la villa principale mais peut séjourner dans l'appartement.

Best View and Location in St. Martin

Villa Lucia was a tough accommodation to leave! The view was spectacular, and the villa was as described. We visited for 10 days. We especially enjoyed the location between Marigot and Grand Case.

Beautiful beach vacation

The Villa Lucie is a beautiful home with a spectacular view. The house has everything you need and is either a quick walk or short drive (5 minutes) to beaches and restaurants. There is a pool and plenty of deck to enjoy the view as well. Quiet, private and well stocked. Highly recommend

Beautiful View above Friar's Bay

Modern, Clean, well equipped with Security Gate and Access. The location is convenient to Gran Case, shopping and fine restaurants/dinning. The view is spectacular, and our property manager Melanie was a joy to work with. We are a frequent visitor to the island.

Spectacular, every aspect!

This property is beautiful and welcoming. The pool and outside dining area overlooking Friars bay is one of the best views on the island! The rooms are large and comfortable. The only thing better than the villa is the people that run the property. Through all our travels around the globe, we have never met a host that goes so far beyond her job. Melanie is a gem, she welcomes you and checks in throughout the week. She helped us find taxis, tours and other services. It was like having a private concierge. From the owner Bernard to host Melanie to the views and very close (5 minute walk) beaches this Villa is a MUST BOOK! If it is available book it you will not be disappointed!!!

Great Stay

Property was excellent for our family. Views were fantastic. Pool was great. Overall accommodations made for an excellent home base, in close proximity to great beaches and dining. We ventured to most of the main attraction beaches, but in the end, found Friar's bay beach to be our favorite spot. The property caretaker, Melanie, did a wonderful job, making the check-in/checkout process a breeze and accommodated our requests, including coordinating grocery delivery prior to our arrival. Couple of notes: - The property is very close to both friar's bay and happy bay beach. But the trail to walk can be a bit of an adventure, especially if you have smaller kids. Plan for about 10 - 15 minutes hike. I would recommend just driving right to friars bay using the "road" right at the bottom of the neighborhood. Very convenient and you will see many iguanas. - The pool area and surrounding stair areas get very slick and is easy to loose footing/fall. If you have kids or those that may have a tendency to fall, use precaution to avoid accidents.

Lovely Villa Lucie

I just finished a 14-day stay at this property. Even though I have been to St martin in the past, I had not really ever heard of Friar's Bay prior to this visiit! This Villa is located on the French side above Friar's bay. It is just a short 6 minute drive to Grand Case. Which is where all of the fantastic gourmet restaurants are. It is also a quick 10-minute drive to orient bay, which is also another very popular area of St Martin. You are a couple minutes drive or a 10 minute walk down to the beach. Another very interesting commercial area is called hope estates. They have a fantastic supermarket, cute wine shops.. and the French capital of marigo is only about 10 or 12 minutes the other direction...So that is a wonderful addition to this property. Friars Bay has a terrific restaurant. Be sure you go to the one closest to where the house is. We had lovely lunches there many days. The house has three nice size bedrooms. It does have two bathrooms. Not two and a half. The kitchen has just been renovated.. considering we were there in July when it was quite warm, air conditioning in the bedrooms was extremely important and it worked excellently. The outdoor space afforded us amazingly beautiful views of the Caribbean. Waking up in the morning to this view was terrific. And the house affords a fantastic location to watch glorious sunsets. A lovely pool to take a dip in. All the beds are very comfortable for sleeping. the entire property is gated and feels very secure. Wi-Fi worked reasonably well. Melanie, who is the property manager, is always available to help you with any questions or problems you may have. She was an absolute delight to deal with. Living at this house for 2 weeks felt really special. I would recommend this property highly! PS.. someone made a comment above about so many mosquitoes!! We did not find that to be the case at all. I wish I could figure out how to post some of my beautiful pictures.. but the pictures on VRBO do represent what the house looks like. Of course always better in person! Again thank you Melanie and Bernard for a fantastic stay!

Friar’s Bay Bliss

This house was perfect for our stay. It’s located on a hill above Friar’s Bay a short drive from Grand Case. Everything was as expected. The kitchen had everything that we needed including a Nespresso and drip coffee. The fridge is full sized and had an ice maker. The deck faces the direction of the sunset. Which means lots of afternoon sun. There are awnings that you can put down that provide shade until the sun is right above the horizon. We were two couples so we each had our own bathroom but the bathroom that’s shared by the two bedrooms has its toilet in a separate room, which would be nice if sharing with more people. There was A/C in the bedrooms. The living area has overhead fans and big sliding doors. We would have booked this place again if it had been available. The only quibble was that the house had more mosquitoes than other places we’ve stayed on the island and even right nearby. Nothing that a little Off couldn’t fix. The neighborhood is gated and the house is fenced in with a gate. There is a footpath to Happy Bay or Friar’s. We still drove to Friar’s when we beached there but you could definitely walk in flip flops. You just cool off in the pool when you get back. It’s uphill but not strenuous. The caretaker lives in an apartment downstairs which is also nice. We only interacted at check in and check out which were very smooth.

Hôte : bernard Schmitt

Après une carrière d'informaticien, j'ai créé ma société d'informatique à Bâle en Suisse. Pour des raisons de santé j'ai quitté mon job et je suis maintenant en semi-retraite.
Avec mon fils Mathieu nous aimons surfer à Saint-Martin dans cette eau si limpide et chaude.
Ma deuxième passion est le golf et justement à Saint-Martin nous avons un superbe golf ou j'aime jouer avec ma femme et mes copains de Saint-Martin.
Une autre passion est le rugby. J'essaie régulièrement de suivre en life un match du tournoi des 6 nations. Allez les bleus............

La villa Lucie porte le nom de notre petite fille. C'est notre résidence secondaire.
Je me sens tellement bien dans notre villa Lucie que j'ai également envie de faire profiter d'autres personnes sympas.
