Welcome to The Wright Place! Our home is a european style estate with a majestic southern charm. Located on 7 acres with entertaining space for families large and small. 5BR's, 3.5 baths, 6 porches/patios overlooking first and second story views. Saltwater pool, hot tub, and fire pit area. Relax in the peace and charm of a country estate, while being only 25 min. from Downtown G-Ville and 10 min. from the town of Simpsonville! Join us for a weekend away, weddings, reunions & family gatherings! The Wright Place can sleep 10 people in beds. Couches may be used for additional guests, as well as air mattresses. Guests can take full advantage of the second floor barber shop/salon for personal use or upon request full hair services can be arranged during your stay. In home hair services must be arranged before hand. For example: bachelor/bachelorette parties as well as wedding day services. First Floor- Full Kitchen, walk-in pantry, laundry room, dinning room, main living room, master bedroom (king) with full bath, guest bedroom #2 (Queen), half bath, two side porches and a rear and front porch. Second Floor- Upstairs living room, barber/salon area, guest room #3 (King) (full bath), Guest Rooms #4/5 (Two Queens) (Jack and Jill bath), balcony shared by guest rooms 3&4! ALL DETAILS REGARDING GATHERINGS AND EVENTS MUST BE APPROVED BY HOST IN AN INQUIRY PRIOR TO BOOKING! GATHERINGS AND EVENTS NOT APPROVED BY THE HOST WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR RESERVATION. Events will have an additional fee of $1,000-$2,000 added before check in. Not Negotiable. Price will be discussed and confirmed with guest during inquiry, and agreed upon before a pre-approval is sent

Nice, big property with plenty of room for the whole family. Loved the outdoor fire pit. Management was amazing. Kitchen was great to cook thanksgiving dinner in. Christmas trees in every room made it very festive! Fireplaces inside are beautiful, but not useable. Loved our stay!

It is a beautiful property. It was nice, the only downfall was we weren’t able to utilize the pool and that was one of our determining factors that made us choose that location over the others.

Perfect Place for family and Friends

We booked this property for friends and family attending my son's wedding. The grounds were beautiful, home was clean and nicely decorated. We loved how close it was to shopping and Greensville but had a quiet country feeling when there. The pool was lovely and it was warm enough to swim. There was plenty of space for everyone who stayed and the host was easy to communicate with. It was the perfect place for want we needed.

Beautiful family home

The owner, Melanie , was very accommodating and gracious to us after our wedding venue was destroyed during hurricane Helene. we were able to quickly pivot and hold the ceremony and reception at this property, which was Amazing and beautiful. Everybody complimented how stunning the property is. Would highly recommend to anybody and hope to use again for future family events.

Magnificent views from everyroom and so relaxing!

Our host was amazing and very accomodating. She thought of everything in this beautiful home to make it so warm and inviting. The yard and the porches on all levels were wonderful! So peaceful! Our family absolutely loved it and we will definitely be back again. The beds were amazing and the kitchen well stocked. Our grandchildren did not want to leave! Thank you Melanie for being such a gracious host.

Simply wonderful!

We can't express enough how wonderful this place is! Beautifully appointed, everything one could need. Very comfortable beds and everything was spotless. The kids in our group loved roaming the property. The well equipped kitchen was a dream to cook in and plenty of space for our group to congregate. Melanie was a very attentive host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Here for wedding

Our family stayed at The Wright Place for my son's wedding the week of Thanksgiving. This home is stunning! Melanie had it beautifully decorated for Christmas, with trees in every room and lovely touches throughout the entire house. Check-in was flawless, kitchen well stocked, and the home was spotless. If I could give 10 stars I would! Our family enjoyed the hot tub, quick plunges in the pool (it was chilly outside!) and lots of games around the large dining room table. Everyone commented that their beds were comfy. As a barber/hairstylist, I especially appreciated the barber chair in the loft for helping everyone get "wedding-ready". It was perfect!!
