Welcome to El Dorado, a stunning beachfront retreat in Seaside, Florida, offering unparalleled Gulf and sunset views. Extending from Scenic Highway 30A all the way to the dunes overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, this extraordinary property features porches and open-air living areas on every level, creating the ultimate setting for relaxation and gathering. Designed to host large groups, the home is rented as a single property but functions as two complete residencesâthe main house and carriage houseâtogether sleeping up to 24 guests.
The first floor of the main house is designed with families in mind, featuring three custom-built bunk rooms that together sleep 14. Each room includes built-in storage, and two share a marble-accented bath with a glass-enclosed tub/shower combo, while the third enjoys its own spacious ensuite with a soaker tub and walk-in shower. Guests will also find a laundry room, Peloton bike, and a porch with cozy bed swings and an outdoor shower on this level.
Upstairs, the second floor showcases two luxurious king primary suites, each with spa-like marble bathrooms, soaking tubs, walk-in showers, and dual vanities. Both open onto the expansive shared beachfront porch, offering sweeping Gulf views and breathtaking sunsets from a plush lounge seating area.
Connected by an enclosed bridge, the carriage house offers additional privacy and flexibility. The lower level features a king suite and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks, each with its own bathroom and Juliet balconies, plus a washer/dryer. The upper level includes a full kitchen, dining and living areas, and a porch overlooking Scenic Highway 30A and Seasideâs town center, perfect for enjoying the lively atmosphere.
The third floor of the main house serves as the heart of the home with a chefâs kitchen featuring three Wolf ovens, a six-burner gas stove, and ample space for preparing meals for the whole group. The dining room seats 10 with additional bistro seating for 2, while the living room boasts Gulf views, a large TV, and direct access to an expansive porch. Outdoors, guests can lounge on sofas, dine al fresco at a table for eight, or simply take in the panoramic beach and sunset views.
Additional conveniences include a 2-car garage (for small to mid-size vehicles) and nearby overflow parking. With its thoughtful design, luxurious amenities, and unmatched beachfront location, El Dorado is the ultimate destination for family gatherings, reunions, and unforgettable Seaside memories.
