The space
This home is a Ranch Home. Everything is on one level.
It an open concept layout that is great for entertaining, with two comfortable couches, a dining table with seating for four and a bar with four barstools. It has a kitchen with all the items you may need to prepare meals.
This home has luxury vinyl plank floors and high ceilings with fans, giving it an overall trendy, spacious vibe. French Doors lead out to a private fenced in backyard with a covered patio, outdoor furniture, & kids' play set which is great for enjoying our beautiful Colorado weather!
Bedrooms:
PRIMARY BEDROOM: Has a queen bed and a walk in closet with an en-suite bathroom. It also has a 55" Smart TV.
2nd BEDROOM: Has a twin bed with a trundle bed that pulls out with another twin mattress. There is also a foldable floor twin mattress in the closet and a pack n play available too.
3rd BEDROOM: Has a queen bed.
4th BEDROOM/OFFICE: Has a desk and chair and a full size futon bed.
There is a Pack & Play for you to use if needed.
2.5 BATHROOMS:
En-suite primary bathroom with a tub / shower, double vanity sinks, & skylight.
Full bathroom with a tub / shower, vanity sink, & skylight.
Half bathroom with pedestal sink.
KITCHEN:
Features a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, cups, cooking utensils, pots and pans.
Brand new on-site washer and dryer.
You will have access to the entire home, fenced in backyard, outdoor patio, play set, and 3 parking spaces in the driveway. This home does not have a garage.
Guest access
There is a keypad on the front door, as well as a lockbox on the back door.
Other things to note
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. NO SMOKING on the premises, inside the house, porch or backyard.
There are no parties or events allowed at the house. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to withhold your security deposit and/or cancel your reservation.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid. Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website in which you booked.
