Beat the heat or freezing temperatures and stay in San Clemente!

Our newly constructed 1 Bedroom beach house studio is extremely well appointed. The residence is a pie-shaped peninsula lot on a bluff overlooking all of San Clemente & Dana Point. There's a small ocean view from apartment bedroom and unbelievable panoramic ocean and city lights views from pool area. The apartment has its own walkway, front door, and gated entrance. The apartment was professionally decorated in a beach theme with versatility in mind. A pre-Civil War barn wood beam accents the vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan.

Relax and recharge with a brand-new queen bed, blackout blinds, a luxurious couch that converts flat (a bed), and a new leather reclining chair. Step outside to the pool area and sit and have a glass of wine, taking in spectacular sunsets. (see "pool area details") Air-conditioning sets it apart from many San Clemente homes. While San Clemente does boast the Worlds Best Climate with roughly 300 days of sunshine and an average temperature of 73 degrees, a couple times a year it gets warm. An independent Euro-style AC and heating unit keeps you comfortable.

You'll also enjoy a large-screen, wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV, high-end soft-closing cabinetry, a new Samsung full-size fridge, and a Samsung (baking, browning, and roasting) microwave oven (the latest in technology). It also has a gas stove built into a beautiful white Carrera veined quartz counter top. There's plenty of closet space as well, with a full-size 2-sliding-door closet with high ceiling interior storage and a large floor-to-ceiling cabinet at the end of the hallway for bedding and other personal storage.

The bathroom has high-end touches as well, with a barn wood vanity, white quartz with Carrara style veining countertop, brushed nickel faucets, tilting mirror and a beautiful oversized shower with a rock floor and a bench seat.

This beach house apartment is just a little more than 1/2 mile to the downtown area, which starts at the bottom of our street. A straight shot down Presidio takes you to Starbucks and tons of amazing restaurants. The freeway entrance is right there as well.

Hiking & Biking: At the top of the neighborhood is the Rancho San Clemente Ridgeline Trail. Its 5.7 miles of lightly trafficked outback hiking and biking overlooking the ocean, beautiful wild flowers, and it's good for all skill levels. The Beach Trail is another amazing easy hiking or biking experience that might become part of your regular routine. Check out the picture attached of all the hiking & biking trails.

Pickleball, Golf, Tennis or Beach Volleyball your gig? We've got it all. 5 beach volleyball courts are now located at Lost Winds Beach and 8 new pickleball courts are close by at Steed Park. The San Clemente Muni Golf Course is just a couple miles away with stunning beach views and low rates and Talega Golf course is right up the street.

Beaches: Everyone knows about the beach at San Clemente Pier, but many don't know about Lost Winds and Riviera which are both close by. The parking is easier, and the beaches are frequented mostly by locals, as these beaches are local gems. Its about 3-5 minutes to any of these beaches from the apartment.

Surfing: Some of California's best surfing is right here in San Clemente. You'll see pro surfers out almost every day at most of the most popular surf spots, like Trestles, T-Street, Salt Creek, Strands, Boneyard, Doheny, State, Cottons, Middles, Churches, Lost Winds, or Trails. From beginner to advanced, San Clemente has it all!

San Clemente, is one of the last old school beach towns in Orange County. It's reminiscent of Corona del Mar 30 years ago. It's renowned for its amazing restaurants, beaches and downtown area. Live music is common at some of the offerings, and 5-star gourmet meals abound. Walk or ride to grab a coffee, go to street fairs, or go to the farmer's market. San Clemente boasts a beautiful new outdoor Outlet Mall as well, and the train station is located in North San Clemente at the beach.

San Clemente just completed a full rebuild and widening of the 5 freeway system through Dana Point. LaPata was also recently built and opened which connects San Clemente from Pico to Ortega Hwy (the back way).

Access to washer and dryer will be available approx. 2 days per week (days TBD)
No parties, loud gatherings or loud music. Its a quiet street and we want to keep it that way.

While the pool area is not part of the lease, tenants of the apartment are invited to share access to the pool and pool area with Adirondack and lounge chairs, as it's barely used by the owners. So grab a glass of wine and take in the vast ocean views and sunsets while being respectful with regards to noise and behavior.
