The coastal town of San Clemente awaits you and your loved ones here at this charming beach home! Newly remodeled, this home is just a few blocks away from the fine dining, shopping, and lovely beaches that San Clemente has to offer! This charming upstairs unit sleeps 4 guests and includes a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large living area with TV, and two dedicated parking spots.
Our cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is located on the 2nd story of our triplex and accessed by stairs. Both bedrooms are fitted with plush queen size beds, ensuring you have a great night's sleep. The living room is the perfect place to kick back and catch up on your favorite shows on the TV, with free Wi-Fi to keep you connected. The full kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking needs, and our beachy decor will have you feeling calm and refreshed.
You'll have the entire unit to yourself during your stay and check in is a breeze with our keypad, anytime after 3 PM. Parking is available with one dedicated spot on the right side of the driveway in front of the garage labeled 'B'. Additional unmetered street parking is also available if needed.
Please note that our property contains two additional units, so you may encounter other guests during your stay. Also, the left garage and driveway are reserved for guests staying at Unit A, so please make sure to park in the designated parking spots for your unit, on the right side labeled 'B'.
Rules & Regulations
As you can see, this unit is located in a residential area. There is a strict 10pm-7am noise curfew from the city of San Clemente. Please be respectful of our neighbors... Thank you in advance!
Under City Code, the maximum number of guests is 5.
You are responsible for your guestâs actions. If something happens to break, please message me (Tanner) immediately.
Please do not flush baby wipes or personal hygiene products down toilets.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house.
No pets or animals for any reason.
Parking
You have (1) designated parking spot on the driveway on the right side only in front of the garage marked B. The left side of the driveway is reserved for guests in Unit C, so please leave room.
The garage is not made available to guests.
The left side garage and driveway are reserved for guests staying at Unit A, so please make sure to use your designated spot or park on the street. Thank you!
