There is a ring doorbell on the front door that monitors and records video as well as cameras on the front of the home and front of the garage. Please be aware that NO parties or large gatherings are allowed. Pets not allowed.



**Please note that there is work being done on the exterior of the home from December- April during the week 9am-5pm. Workers can be visible from the ground level (kitchen and dining area) given the layout of the property. Workers vehicles will also be parking in the driveway at this time.**

Access to the entire home and game room garage, including access to the lake

🤫 Keep noise to a minimum outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

🚭 No indoor smoking (Minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning).
