4 bedroom Cape Cod home in Rehoboth Beach Delaware. East of Rt. 1 behind the outlets. Just a 3 mile drive to the boardwalk, a 1 mile bike ride to the trails that take you everywhere you need to go from Rehoboth Beach to Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park and more. . Close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants and so much more, yet, secluded in a quiet neighborhood. On the first floor is a large living/family room, eat in kitchen and laundry plus 3 bedrooms and a small rear deck. The main bedroom has a full, private bath with shower and soaking tub, plus a double vanity. The two other bedrooms share the other full bath. The 4th bedroom is upstairs where you'll go through an unfinished area to get to it. This bedroom has 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed. This bedroom only is served by a window ac unit and portable heaters. The rest of the home has central Air and Heat.

The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet - perfect for family walks with your dog. The house was clean and well stocked. We will be back!

Very nice place to stay overall! It was welcoming and set up well. Basic cleanliness was good (there were clean sheets/towels and silverware), but deeper cleaning things seem to have been overlooked for a while (dust, cobwebs). We and our dog had a good relaxing weekend here!

Great off-season getaway

Property matched photos and was just what we needed for a family weekend with the dogs. Quiet, well-kept neighborhood tucked between Rehoboth and Lewes with access to Coastal Hwy at a traffic light. Will keep it in mind for future trips!

Was a great stay close to Rehoboth beach and accessible for our family and mother/father in law. Our daughter loved the stuffed animals all throughout the house and our furbabes enjoyed everything, especially laying outback on the enclosed deck catching the fresh beach air. The room upstairs was actually very spacious and the window unit was a gem to have. Thanks again for letting us stay at your property!

Very nice weekend getaway

Steve provided a very nice home for our family to stay in Rehobeth for a wedding weekend. Steve was accommodating and his home was clean and all amenities were included. Steve was very prompt in his communication and the made sure our stay was without issue.

Rented in the offseason, couldn't be happier

My family and I were in town during the early off-season for a cousin's engagement party, and this house gave us everything we needed and some more. Steve was excellent with communication, and the house was clean and comfortable.

Good location in Rehoboth

Had a quick stay. House was in a quiet neighborhood but just off Route 1. Correspondence was great, check-in smooth. Beds were comfortable. It was just an overnight for usbut would definitely go back if we are playing at tbe DE Turf again. 35 minutes from DE Turf complex.
