- Here, the entertainment room is the heart of fun with its Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, and a section dedicated to board games, featuring a Poker table which can also be used to play board games of your choice.
- The excitement doesn`t end there; our fully loaded kitchen comes equipped with a ninja blender for your favorite smoothies and a Keurig coffee machine to start your day right.
- The living room is a masterpiece of design, blending a stylish and retro look with a cozy, modern feel, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Along with comfortable seating and tasteful decor, a Smart TV is also available for your entertainment convenience, seamlessly integrating with the room`s chic ambiance.
- The downstairs also features a comfortable queen bedroom with a full bathroom downstairs.
- And for those who love a bit of competition, our garage houses a Table Tennis table, providing ample space for spirited games. We provide two tennis racquets and a pack of tennis balls for your convenience.

In addition to the master suite, we offer a queen bedroom upstairs, blending comfort and simplicity for a restful night`s sleep.
- For our younger guests or those young at heart, we have a delightful room with two bunk beds, one in playful pink and the other in cheerful blue, creating a whimsical and cozy space for sleep and play.
- Gaming enthusiasts will be thrilled with our Xbox Room, a dedicated space for immersive gaming. It boasts a 75-inch TV paired with a racing simulator on Xbox, providing an exhilarating gaming experience. The fun continues with a full-size foosball table and electronic darts, perfect for friendly competitions.

Guests will have private access to the entire home. Plenty of parking in the large driveway and on the street in front of the house. Self Check-in via Keypad smart lock, with 4 digit code to be provided before your stay.

- There is one security camera at the front entrance for guest safety and security.

- We are a shoes off household as we regularly have families with infants staying who enjoy crawling around. Please be considerate. Shoe rack provided at front entrance. Slippers provided at the entrance.

- Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.

- This is a quiet family neighborhood, please be respectful. $500 fines will be enforced for noise complaints and parties.

- No smoking. $750 fines will be enforced for smoking.

- Pets are loved; but unfortunately not allowed on the property.

Please note that the standard check-out time is 11 AM. If guests fail to check out by the designated time, a late check-out fee of $100 will be applied.
