The property is surrounded by palm trees and native foliage, with private outdoor features including a kayak launch, a boat lift, a lush lawn area, and a gravel patio furnished with hammocks, daybeds, and Adirondack chairs. A wood-burning chimenea lets you enjoy some evening ambiance. The Key West International Airport is only 13 miles away and you'll be within 15 miles of Old Town bars, dining, and attractions.

The enclosed courtyard is sure to be the centerpiece for group gatherings with its seamless blend of indoor and outdoor features including a zen-like open-air lagoon. A tropical palapa-style bar, a TV lounge/living area, a full outdoor kitchen, and a deluxe grill station provide the perfect accouterment for entertainment and alfresco dining.

The single-level interior boasts another full kitchen and dedicated living room, along with modern nautical decor and home essentials like free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. A dedicated office nook set up by the front door offers a private spot for school study or work-from-home convenience.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are only 2 exterior cameras, 1 by the front door, and 1 camera in the backing yard facing the water for weather monitoring purposes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
