The house has an airy open feel with vaulted ceilings in most areas. The colors and furnishings are restful and comfortable. The master bedroom with king bed has a full bath that includes a jetted tub, a shower, and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a curtained bed and gorgeous morning light. The 3rd bedroom is set up to be used either as a second living space or as a bedroom. The room includes a sleeper sofa, and a pair of ottomans that each convert into a tray-top table and footstool. There is a washer and dryer tucked into a closet off the main hallway. The living room includes a wood burning fireplace-please use wrapped fire logs- for a comfy evening movie night. Tucked next to the picture windows in the Living Room you will find a desk to take care of any business. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a french door refrigerator. There is a separate coffee/wet bar in the kitchen with a pass-through to the living room.

There is parking available in the driveway. There is a deck that can be accessed from the door in the living room with a grill and patio chairs. The back yard is fenced. There is a security camera that monitors the front entry, driveway, and lawn area.

This is a whole-house rental, aside from 3 areas that will not be available, and will be locked off: the garage, the front room by the living room, and a linen closet.
