Biloxi Waterfront House With A View / Downtown Biloxi, Ocean Springs & Keesler

Full remodel 2022, Absolutely adorable 1800 square foot cottage located right on St. Martin Bayou. Enjoy coastal breezes on the large back porch WITH A VIEW! Very conveniently located near I-10 and close to downtown Biloxi, downtown Ocean Springs, and Promenade in D'Iberville (5-7 min drive to all 3 locations). Open plan with a large kitchen and living space, laundry room, and 3 bedrooms along the north side of the house with a Jack & Jill bath in between...Large master suite with a relaxing, over-sized tub in the master bathroom, and a half bath in the front hallway. Enjoy tv's in each bedroom

The property is located on Saint Martin Bayou giving you the potential to catch redfish and speckled trout. A great location for kayak fishing which could be launched from the back yard. The Brittany Avenue boat launch is located less than 1.5 miles away.

Everything on the property is open to guests other than the garage. It will be included for guests with longer stays.

Lovely Home

Our stay was excellent, and we had everything we needed! The hosts were welcoming and easy to contact. The home was clean, spacious, and well maintained. It is located on a quiet street with a back porch view of the bay. We were just a few minutes drive away from Biloxi and Ocean Springs. We will definitely return!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as advertised and the neighborhood was quiet for the most part. I also loved that we were at the center of everything. A few miles from everything. We would definitely book here again on our next vacation.

Perfect vacation spot

This place was great! The house was very clean and spacious. I cant think of one thing that wasnt great. We only stayed one night but wish we would have rented it for longer. We will definitely be back.

Spacious and Excellent for Family Gathering

The house was excellent for meeting our needs. It enable us to gather from out of state to attend funeral services and spend time with relatives. Our nephew also enjoyed seeing snd taking pictures of birds he had not seen before.

Quiet place yet close to it all.

The rental is pretty much at the end of a dead-end road. It is safe and quiet there. The property is spacious. The communication with the manager worked well and responses were always timely. Driving distances to anything in the area worth visiting were short.

Biloxi Visut

The cottage worked out perfect for us. My wife went to the casinos and I did kayak fishing every day in my Hobie kayak. This was Phase 1 of our Mississippi holiday and we’re going bicycling at the Natchez Trace for Week 2. The lodging was great and well located. Thanks to the owners.

Making Memories

We visited the area for a much-needed vacation. The home was beautiful and in a quiet location. It had the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owner was exceptional, as responses were quick. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay on the bayou and away from the hectic pace of the city, this is a great place to book for a family. We saw wildlife all around the yard and water. Sitting on the back patio was a treat early in the morning while drinking a cup of coffee. It is important to note that the driveway is steep; it may be hard for elderly and young children to ambulate. We would definitely stay here again!

Sweet Weekend Getaway

The home was perfectly described. This was a very enjoyable getaway for us. Usually I would take things to wipe down/clean, didn’t need any of it. Property is very well taken care of. Property Manger , more than was flexible with us. I will be staying at the property when we come back! 5 stars!

Cheer Nationals Vacation

My family and I traveled to Mississippi for our daughter's National Cheer Competition. Arriving to the property was easy and smooth. The house was just as pictured and was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean, spacious and accommodated my family well. The host was very welcoming and checked in multiple times to make sure all was well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is visiting the area. We would love to stay again. Btw my daughters team placed 2nd at Nationals out of hundreds of other teams. We are so proud.

Best VRBO ever!

My son is stationed at Keesler AFB and we have stayed at several vrbo’s but this was by far the BEST one. I have never had a host check on us and Mandy did our 2nd day there. Their communication was stellar. This place was like home and I know we will be back. This home was the most clean home we have stayed in for sure. Nice neighborhood and the home had everything that we needed. Thank you!

We have lived on the MS gulf coast for 13 years now and have loved being here. It has been a wonderful area with several towns that provide lots of great food and entertainment. We have enjoyed being able to provide memorable experiences to our guests.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We spent several years living in the house and have many fond memories. We love that it is a dead end street with several waterfront homes with views and mostly hidden to the outside world. We loved this home so much, we decided to share it with others. Many guests have enjoyed catching fish from the bank and spending time with friends. It is very accessible to I-10 and Highway 90. It is close to Ocean Springs downtown, D'Iberville Promenade, downtown Biloxi, and several casinos just a few minutes drive away.

The water views and nice finishes we have provided throughout. You can't fish at every short term rental :)
