This tasteful cottage features 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 day bed/trundle perfect for a family getaway. Amenities include hotel quality 100% cotton sheets and towels. New central heating, AC, WiFi, and a knock out kitchen will have guests feeling comfortable and right at home. The 2 bathrooms offer a shower, soaking bathtub, hairdryer and sundries for added convenience. With several living spaces abound, guest will find the Seahorse perfect for gathering together with family and friends as well as quite times for yourself. And location! Just a short walk to the beach, parks and downtown restaurants the Seahorse is centrally located for traveling to neighboring town's fun and activities. Was fully equipped. Pet friendly. Lots of beds. Comfortable. I think bathing would be a problem with a full house. Beautiful soaking tub and one small shower which I think not practical for this type of family vacation home and I was checking it out to return for a month with family. Screened porch would be a real bonus for added security when you open the front door and for children and pets. Enjoyed my stay.

Very clean old house bought back memories of grandma home. Owners very friendly, arrived a tad early and let us in. Only bad was train but thats most of the gulfport, Biloxi area and they do warn about it in description.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage. It’s located just a few blocks from the beach and conveniently down the street from a beautiful, smoke-free casino with great perks. There are several excellent dining options nearby, including delicious BBQ and seafood restaurants just minutes away. New Orleans is also within easy reach—just over an hour's drive.The highlight of the cottage was its recent renovation—everything felt fresh and modern, and all the appliances were brand new. The only drawback was the train that passes by frequently on the street behind the house, day and night. However, we found that we got used to it after a day or two.

Fantastic

This is a perfect getaway. We couldn't have asked for more. The house is wonderfully furnished and has a "rustic" feel to it. Tony and Beth thought of everything we could have possibly needed. The beds are comfy, and plentiful. Lot's of seating inside for your kids or guests. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The front porch is a nice place to hang out, the back yard with the toy's for the kids in the laundry room, they loved. We loved it. We have never been sad to leave a rental like We were here. It really feels like home. Highly recommended and we will be back to make this a regular vacation destination. Thanks Tony and Beth.

Relax on the coast

The house made our stay easy and comfortable. The setup was very accommodating for 2 couples to stay. We were able to cook inside and grill outside with ease. The house was decorated nicely. I would definitely stay again.

Tony and I have been in the hospitality industry for years, working in restaurants, owning restaurants, and now vacation rental properties. We have been living in our 1930s “starter“ home here on the coast for over 30 years now and have enjoyed the renovation projects we’ve done. We also enjoy boating on our 1929 (yes 1929) Red Bank docked nearby at the beautiful Gulfport Harbor in Jones Park and there’s hardly a trip we take without a pod of dolphins accompanying our journey. So come and stay and play at the Seahorse cottage and safe and happy travels to you and your family.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This is a neighborhood with history. Many of the homes here have Survived hurricane Katrina and were built back in the 30s, ours included. The Seahorse cottage is close to 100 years old. Established oak trees, crape myrtles, and coastal palms punctuate the sidewalks. This is a great walking neighborhood.
