Niché au fond d'un cul-de-sac, ce Put-in-Bay maison de vacances est un excellent choix pour votre groupe. Il y a quatre chambres et deux salles de bains, d'une capacité pouvant aller jusqu'à douze convives. Cette maison dispose d'une grande cuisine avec salle à manger. Mettez votre chapeau de chef et cuisiner un délicieux repas dans la cuisine. Ceci est une excellente façon d'économiser de l'argent lors de votre escapade lac Érié. Back deck area very large. Could have used a few more chairs outside for sitting. The Halloween Bash was a lot of fun. Overall my friends and I really had a fun weekend! Definitely will be booking this house next year!!

Absolutely perfect vacation stay!

Golf carts were there upon arrival, house was very clean and spacious. Relaxing and quiet outdoor space, pool was great as well. We will be coming back and staying again next year!

House was nice and big. Definitely easy to track dirt in with all the morning rain, could use a place to wipe/store shoes. Maintenance was quick and helpful. Love the van service $4pp/each way, texting the drivers was convenient. The jets in the tub didn't work, the fridge made a loud knocking sound every time it opened. I wish the beds had headboards, as the pillows would fall off.. but that's just a personal preference. The mattress, pillows and bed linens were very comfortable. My friend said the bunk bed was a little wobbly. Would 100% stay here again. Friendly staff, good price. The pool wasn't anything fancy but got the job done and was never too crowded.

Reviewer Comments: Our group has stayed at the Island Club for several years and we are noticing that the houses are starting to look run down and in need of repairs. This year we experienced one of the master bedroom sinks not draining, one of the remotes did not have a battery (so we couldn't watch tv), one of the kitchen cabinet doors would not close all of the way, a lamp in one of the bedrooms did not work, we were not given extra garbage bags and there was tape holding some of the molding on to the wall. We were somewhat disappointed and will most likely look for another place to stay in the future that is in better shape.

Damaged & Dirty

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a good location, a quick golf cart ride to bars, & restaurants. We arrived on Thursday 9/9/21 the condo was dirty, musty, and damaged. There are missing trim, damaged walls, cabinet doors that would not close, the carpets were stained. We ended up sweeping, vacuuming, and prepping for the rest of the guests. One of the closets had a very strong odor of stale urine, we just left the door closed. On multiple occasions people were playing games in the street, blocking traffic. Our total for 3 days was $1,787.25 or $593.75 per night, plus a (hopefully refunded) $255.00 deposit. We called to let maintenance know of the damage, so we were hopefully not charged for it. With our limited time on the island, we did not want to waste precious time waiting on a cleaning crew. I would strongly recommend staying away from this property.

This stay was different than before...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Island Club every summer since 2021 with our family as part of our family vacation. Our experience this summer was different than before. The cabin looked like it was recently updated which is a major plus (carpet is gross in the bedrooms and living rooms because of cleanliness). One thing that stood out when we got into our unit was the lack of fire alarms. I believe the crew that did the renovation probably forgot to hang them back up. I emailed the group and they had someone install them that day, so that was a relief. A few days after we got to our unit my children called us frantically telling us that there was a squirrel in the unit. I wasn't sure if I believed them at first, but when we got back, there was for sure a squirrel in our unit and it was trapped in the living area. My husband and brother opened both doors and eventually coaxed the squirrel out. After we got it out we discovered that the squirrel came in from the bathroom that was not attached to a bedroom. There was a hole in the ceiling next to the sky light. The squirrel made quite a mess in the bathroom in the bathtub. I contacted island club again and they came the next day to investigate the hole. They said there was nothing they could do to fix it because they needed to get up on the roof to try to plug the hole on both ends and that would take time to do. While I was satisfied with their response, no one cleaned up the mess the squirrel made. I hoped that the mess would be cleaned up so we could use the bathroom without fear of any kind of disease or illness caused by the squirrel being in the bathroom where most of the mess was. I would of cleaned it up but I had no access to any kind of sanitizer or cleanser of any kind due to being on vacation. Other than that our stay was good.

Sadly disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately we were pretty disappointed with our rental home. Although the home was fairly clean, it was in a state of utter disrepair. The rugs were stained. The kitchen table was so wobbly we couldn't eat on it for fear it would fall apart. Two of the kitchen chair seats were broken. The top of the washing machine where the knobs were was falling off. I am surprised that it even worked. Some of the lamps hardly worked and the overhead lights flickered and dimmed often making me feel a little uneasy about the electrical wiring. The home sleeps 12 but the living room can only accommodate about 6 to watch TV. My parents tried to use the jet tub but when they turned the jets on the water turned black from some type of sediment in the jets. There were many posted rules around the home that I t seemed as if management was very concerned about how we were treating the home but not concerned with their end of the upkeep. The shades on the bedroom windows are see through so you really can't get changed in there. In fact, one morning there appeared a groundsman right outside our window blowing leaves while I was getting dressed. We rented two golf carts from Island Club as well. One was very sluggish so we called for a replacement. Someone came and picked it up and returned shortly after with the same exact cart. We didn't realize it at first because they never came to the door to let us know they had returned. Also, the screen door didn't close all the way. The pool was okay and seemed clean. We are pretty flexible people and tend to view things casually. This didn't ruin our vacation but overall we were very unhappy with this rental. I wouldn't recommend it.
