I stayed here with my husband and dogs for our trip to Universal. It was a lovely ground level corner updates unit in a quiet complex with a lot of green space. Very convenient location ! Would highly recommend!

Our stay at this property was unfortunately one of the most frustrating vacation rental experiences we’ve had.The problems started before we could even get inside. The check-in process was a complete disaster. We never received the information we needed to access the property and spent a significant amount of time trying to reach the host. It ultimately took getting resort security involved before we were finally able to obtain our check-in codes. After traveling all day, this was an incredibly stressful way to begin our stay.Once inside, the issues continued. The bed in the second bedroom was broken, making it unusable. The master bathroom toilet did not function properly, which was a major inconvenience throughout our stay.We had planned to prepare several meals, but the cookware was in terrible condition. The nonstick coating on multiple pans was badly scratched and flaking off, making them unsafe and unusable for cooking.There was also very little information provided about the property itself. We were given no instructions on how to access or use the resort amenities or other areas of the property, leaving us to figure everything out on our own.Overall, the property was not represented by the experience we had. Between the chaotic check-in, maintenance issues, unusable cookware, and lack of communication and instructions, this stay caused unnecessary stress instead of providing the relaxing vacation we had planned.

Overall our stay was great! Check-in was easy, communication was good. It was a great value & convenient location. The only recommendation is they could have cleaned it more thoroughly after the last guests.

This 3BR Condo is exactly as described. Great location if you are visiting Orlando. Close to all the major attractions and great restaurants. Everything in the unit is high quality, especially beds. We were very comfortable here.

Visit to Universal Studios

The property had nice accommodations and easy access to local stores, restaurants, and the park. The one area of concern was the level of cleanliness of the bathrooms (someone else’s hair in the shower area and sink). I recommend the cleaning crew ensure they’re using fresh cleaning cloths and thoroughly vacuuming the floors in addition to mopping between visitors.

We actually came down for a memorial service. So no Mickey this time. We needed to be close to the airport for family. It’s 15 minutes away and easy to get to. The only complaint was the master King mattress. There was basically a giant hole in the middle of it. Not comfy! The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would stay here again! I just hope they update the master bed mattress! Walgreens was a short walk and Slidders Pizza is definitely worth trying!

Place was disgusting. Not clean before arrival. Mold on baseboards. Blood stain on bathroom floor. Master bed was caved in. Pillows were tiny. Towels were tiny. Host never answered until the last day about a late check out request. And then showed up less than an hour after check out time to yell at us and intimidate my wife. Would never stay here again.

We recently stayed at this property and overall it worked for our needs, but there were several areas that could be improved.Communication with the host was inconsistent. We reached out multiple times prior to arrival regarding an early check-in request and did not receive a response. That said, when we arrived about 30 minutes early, we were able to access the unit without any issues.The property itself matched the listing photos, which we appreciated. However, cleanliness was below expectations. We found dirty plates left on the table, dust along the baseboards, and hair on the bathroom floor. There was also a noticeable musty odor, particularly near the entry and in the master bathroom, which appeared to be masked with a plug-in air freshener.Amenities were quite minimal for a unit that accommodates eight guests. There were only enough towels for each person (plus a limited number of pool towels), and very limited supplies were provided—only a few trash bags, two dishwasher tablets, a single-use laundry detergent, and basic starter items. We also noticed there were not enough dishes and cups for a full group, which made things a bit inconvenient. Additionally, while there was a coffee maker, no filters or pods were provided.Overall, the stay was adequate for our purposes, but improved cleanliness, better stocking of basic supplies, and more responsive communication would make a big difference in the guest experience.
