Overall our stay was great! Check-in was easy, communication was good. It was a great value & convenient location. The only recommendation is they could have cleaned it more thoroughly after the last guests.

This 3BR Condo is exactly as described. Great location if you are visiting Orlando. Close to all the major attractions and great restaurants. Everything in the unit is high quality, especially beds. We were very comfortable here.

Visit to Universal Studios

The property had nice accommodations and easy access to local stores, restaurants, and the park. The one area of concern was the level of cleanliness of the bathrooms (someone else’s hair in the shower area and sink). I recommend the cleaning crew ensure they’re using fresh cleaning cloths and thoroughly vacuuming the floors in addition to mopping between visitors.

We actually came down for a memorial service. So no Mickey this time. We needed to be close to the airport for family. It’s 15 minutes away and easy to get to. The only complaint was the master King mattress. There was basically a giant hole in the middle of it. Not comfy! The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would stay here again! I just hope they update the master bed mattress! Walgreens was a short walk and Slidders Pizza is definitely worth trying!

Place was disgusting. Not clean before arrival. Mold on baseboards. Blood stain on bathroom floor. Master bed was caved in. Pillows were tiny. Towels were tiny. Host never answered until the last day about a late check out request. And then showed up less than an hour after check out time to yell at us and intimidate my wife. Would never stay here again.
