S'il vous pla������t renseigner avant de réserver.
Superbe maison de 2 étages de 2300 pieds carrés - complètement rénovée en 2011. Il a tout le nouveau granit dans la cuisine, la salle à manger et les salles de bain, un nouveau carrelage en marbre italien foncé dans le sous-sol, des ventilateurs de plafond partout, un nouveau revêtement de sol dans toutes les chambres, de vastes placards, robinets, luminaires, luminaires, etc ... La chambre principale est au premier étage avec un coin lavabo séparé, une penderie et une entrée sépar��e pour le patio. Il y a aussi un deuxième salon avec un canap��-lit et une télévision à écran plat, une laveuse / sécheuse à chargement frontal dans la buanderie, ainsi qu'une grande cour cl��turée avec de magnifiques arbres!
La chambre principale en bas a un lit king. La deuxième chambre en bas a également un lit king. La troisi��me chambre ���� l'�����tage a un lit king, et la quatrième chambre à l'étage a deux lits queen. En outre, il y a un canapé-lit dans le deuxième salon et un lit pliant. Il y a bien sûr le Wifi gratuit.
La maison a une occupation maximale de 8 adultes et 10 personnes au total. La ville d'Austin a une limite d'occupation de 6 adultes non apparentés. Age minimum requis: 25 ans. Nous n'acceptons pas les séjours du samedi au samedi sans autorisation préalable. Les chats ne sont pas autoris��s. les chiens sont autorisés avec l'approbation préalable et des frais supplémentaires.
S'il vous plaît noter que le four mural est plus étroit que la norme, s'il vous plaît demander si cela pourrait être une préoccupation.

The host was great at communicating with us and making our stay a comfortable and welcoming experience. The location was perfect. There were so many stores and restaurants within 5-10 minutes of us. Some of them we can actually walk to. We had a wonderful time here in Austin! Thank you

Great house with everything you need!

This was a very nice getaway for my wife and I. The house was great and updated! Everything you need is there. We really enjoyed the peaceful backyard. The location is great within 15 mins of anything in Austin. The owners were very responsive with any concerns we had. If we are every back in Austin we will try to book this place again!

Big clean space.

Great place - would stay again

We had to find a place on short notice to stay for two weeks while we had work done on our house. We could not have been happier with our choice. The house was huge, very comfortable, and well stocked. Just an overall great property - it made two weeks out of our home an enjoyable experience.

Great central location

House was very clean and organized. Really appreciated the number of actual beds, it was a great set up for a group. I did hear that the sofa bed was less than comfortable but it was better than having to share a bed. Owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to emails. Check in was as simple as reading an email and no issues at all after we checked out. Security deposit was refunded in full promptly. Would definitely stay again!

wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. It was a great location for all the things we wanted to do. The house was spacious and perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for meals and hanging out in the living room. We will definitely look at staying here again on our next visit to Austin.

Enjoyable Stay

Loved the decor in the home. Very spacious and nicely structured for both individual/small group activities as well as when everyone wants to be together. There were book shelves with books, a child sized table, and nice selection of board games. The beds were heavenly. Kitchen was nicely appointed with modern appliances. We were pleasantly surprised that there were things like basic spices, shampoo, lotion, washing detergent, trash bags etc. The laundry area smelled mildly of mildew. The enclosed back yard could have used some TLC. However, the backyard had a covered porch, seating, a dining table and gas grill which we made use of multiple times. The neighborhood at large is not particularly a standout visually.. However, the houses are neatly kept and the property is conveniently located for transportation, shopping, and eating. According to a local resident, the area is actually considered higher end for that part of Austin. We experienced minor issues the first day that were promptly and courteously addressed by the property manager. The owners left a welcome package with snacks for when we arrived. That was a nice touch.

Excellent for large family gathering

First and most important thing with any rental: the landlords were very kind, helpful, and responsive. This was a great space for our family holiday gathering (we filled all 4 bedrooms, and had daytime visitors as well, for a 2 week stay). The house is warm and cozy and has everything needed for short or longer stays. There's two downstairs dens with a dining area in between and the floorplan is very open, which was great when visitors came over. There's plenty of kitchenware and dishware and the landlords will be very accommodating if anything else is needed. The bathrooms were nice and well maintained, but they are a bit on the small side so this is something to keep in mind if you're going to have a full house (this was not an issue for us). The location is also ideal - The Domain has grown exponentially in the last few years and is very close by, and there's great food options in this part of town (including great Chinese and Vietnamese food in the Asian market area of North Lamar). There's all ranges of grocery stores nearby as well, so you can hit Wal-Mart/HEB or Whole Foods with equal ease. You have equally easy access to Mopac and I-35, so you've got options when you need to get around the city. Overall, excellent value considering the rising costs in Austin.

Nice clean property close proximity to most major attractions.

Home was great nice and big and easily accommodated our family of 4. We had a small problem checking in due to keypad not being reset but other than that everything else was great.

Great place to getaway!

Clean, large house, nicely decorated. We had 4 of us on this stay and there is room enough for 8 easily. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! We would stay here again.

Everything was clean and in good working order. The house is tastefully decorated.

We had plenty of room. There were two separate living areas and four large bedrooms. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is very comfortable.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

This beautiful home had four bedrooms, 5 beds, two conversation areas, a well equipped kitchen and all the room we needed for our mini reunion. We had a group of 5 women meeting for a long weekend and this lovely home was the perfect place for us to stay. We didn't use the hot tub or the yard, but it has them, as well as plenty of nice television sets and closets, etc. all very up to date, clean and stylish. Easy to find, convenient to everything we wanted to do, and lovely to come "home" to at the end of the day.

Fun and relaxing

We really enjoyed the home and the hot tub was a wonderful way to relax after a draining (but fun!) day with the grandkids. The owners did some nice remodeling between when we booked and when we arrived, and it was a nice surprise that the home was even better than the pictures. We'll be back for sure.

Nice House Quiet Neighborhood

Overall the house is very nice and is just a short drive to the Domain and to downtown. Our family of five had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen could have used a few more staples for cooking and we had to purchase a wine opener as the one in the drawer was broken. We were disappointed that a hot tub was advertised but did not have any water in it. Didn't need to pack the suits. This is why we did not rate the property higher.
