The main level of Ponderosa Pointe features open-concept living, with a large living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen. The living area features a large, cozy sectional perfect for watching a game or a movie or, even better, catching the amazing sunsets. The dining space offers a built-in buffet area, with a bar sink and mini fridge to set out the gourmet meals prepared in the large, fully stocked kitchen. The living room and dining room feature glass sliders to the deck, which runs the length of the house.

The main level deck features a covered area with sectional sofa seating, a Polywood table with seating for six, and two rocking chairs off the primary bedroom. There is plenty of outdoor seating for your whole group. The main level primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a large smart TV, and a sitting area with a comfy sofa. Completing the primary bedroom are glass sliders with private access to the back deck, easily accessible to start your morning with a cup of coffee in the rockers. Don't forget to wind down with a cocktail, catching the breathtaking Lake Norman sunsets!

Once you venture down the stairs at Ponderosa Pointe, there is a second living space with a couch, loveseat, and large, mounted smart TV. This area is perfect for the kiddos to escape to play games or wind down with a movie after a long day on the lake. The bunk room, for the kiddo sleepovers, sleeps 6 in two twin over full bunk beds. The lower level primary bedroom features a second King Suite - attached full bath & king bed. Both bedrooms, along with the living room, all feature glass sliders with access to the backyard patio & massive backyard. The lower-level patio has Polywood table seating for 6 & Polywood Adirondack chairs for taking in all the memories made at "the lake'!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
