Faites vos souvenirs au Southern Sunrise avec une première croisière en kayak autour de la crique pendant que le soleil fait son entrée au-dessus du lac. Que vous passiez du temps ici, que vous pêchiez, que vous nagiez, que vous naviguiez à la pagaie ou que vous preniez l'un de nos bateaux de location pour dîner, vous ne trouverez pas mieux que de vivre au bord du lac Norman. Le lac Norman est un grand lac idéal pour la navigation de plaisance et les sports nautiques. Nous avons une grande sélection de bateaux pontons et de bateaux de sport récents pour compléter votre séjour. L'ajout d'un bateau déverrouille les nombreux restaurants / bars du front de mer. Tous nos bateaux sont équipés de jouets de remorquage, de skis, de cordes, etc. Avec plus de 500 miles de rivage à explorer, votre séjour n’est pas complet sans bateau.

Le Southern Sunrise est situé à 15 minutes du Davidson College et à 30-40 minutes de Charlotte, où vous pourrez choisir de jouer à un jeu de Panther ou à l'un des nombreux autres lieux de sport professionnel.

This property perfectly suited our family. We cook a lot & kitchen was well stocked. Easily accessible to food markets. Lots of great shade in the afternoons. Great home for a family vacation including adults, seniors and pets. We needed a home with bedrooms, living area and deck on one level for disabled senior- it worked very well once inside. Beautiful views from the living room, back deck and dock. Enjoyed the fire pit. Kitchen was very well equipped- we cooked all of our meals at the house. Nice, quiet neighborhood; backyard felt private. We would definitely recommend and return to this property. Only downside was the extensive booking process and excessive calls, texts and emails from the property management company trying to upsell.

Great July 4th on the Lake

Great house! Renting the boat from them made everything so easy. Had the boat at the dock when we arrived. Convenient marina an earshot away which made it super close and easy to get gas, ice etc. House was brilliantly renovated. Very clean. Nice televisions and great WiFi. Would def use SLN again!

You WILL enjoy this beautiful deck!

We were awoken by gentle birdsong, and enjoyed lake vistas from the broad deck of this tranquil property. Fabulous! When it rained, we STILL enjoyed the covered deck! Great dock as well! The communications from this management company are easy and timely. The house was in a great location on the lake, and it's a cool house! The decor is beautiful! And it was spotless! A biggie: the mattresses are all comfortable! We would definitely rent this property again; cannot recommend highly enough!

Relaxing Writing Retreat

My group consisted of 7 PhD students looking for a place to focus. We chose this location for our writing retreat because it seemed to be a nice scenic environment to focus without distraction. We loved it! The spaces are beautiful and provided us with various places to disperse to write but also to come together to socialize and check in. We have decided that we will return; and will try again in warmer months so that we can enjoy the lake in its full glory! Also, the sunrise is beautiful and you can witness it just standing in almost every inch of the house!

Great Experience

The property was excellent, very nice inside and well taken care of. Location of property was good as well. Our family really enjoyed it. We would stay again. If there was any negatives, it was the condition of the kayaks. For this type of property I would expect nicer kayaks and ones that worked well. These did not. And, for a family that likes to kayak, we expected better. They went cheap on the kayaks. But, that is the only improvement I can come up with. Excellent property and excellent host. Very impressed with overall communication. Renting a boat for this location is a must. Perfect place for a boat. We miss it already.

Perfection

The house was perfect, the view was perfect, the rental management company was perfect There were a couple of older members in our family that had a difficult time getting up the front steps, as the first step was a little high and there were no railings. Within an hour Shawn from the management team had built and delivered a small step that made entry into the home do much better. Service - above and beyond. The house was we'll furnished and equipped from logs by fire pit, any cooking item you could need in kitchen and toiletry items in bathrooms. In many ways the house is great for older people - all one level, walk in showers, areas in rooms easy to maneuver. There are a couple of things that would make it better - railings on stair entry into home, grab bars in showers. However, for family without older members - perfect Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Carolina Christmas 2021

This was a comfortable gathering spot for our family of 7 adults for the week of Christmas. We appreciated the decorated tree. The two “queen beds” are full size beds. We did not use the bunk beds downstairs or the sleeper sofas. The kitchen was well equipped for making Christmas cookies & a holiday meal. The fire pit was our favorite feature and the beautiful sunrise & sunsets! The rocking chairs on the gazebo/dock were a prime spot ! The price for 2022 has dramatically increased (almost 3x/night) so this was probably our last time staying there. No hottub, no pool, no pets, too $$ for this property.

In regard to the bed sizes you mentioned, we wanted to be sure we were portraying the correct information for future guests, so we measured the two beds in question and they measured 60X80 (queen size). Great Lake House

This property along with the Stay Lake Norman property manager and staff made this a wonderful holiday season get-together with extended family. I would absolutely consider renting this property again!

Amazing place!

We stayed here for a weekend while visiting our kid at UNCC, and everyone just loved this place - it's spacious, modern, with amazing amenities and access to the lake. The additional services (chef's food and rentals) were top-notch too - try their cookies if you have a chance!

In 2015, StayLakeNorman started with their first specialty vacation rental home with an "urban contemporary" design theme. The Lake Norman vacation rental market loved this new offering, as the approximately 200 vacation homes in the area at that time were mostly just older lake homes that owners we not using and calling them vacation homes. Most had mismatched furniture, decor, colors and no dedicated style or concise personality. Over the next few years, StayLakeNorman continued to add new homes to the market and the luxury vacation rental standard was pushed up higher again.

StayLakeNorman was born and a "one-stop, sexy-house shop" was in full swing with the best designers and contractors in place to offer what luxury vacation guests wanted and demanded based on market feedback. We implemented management processes from the best and largest companies in the USA and continue to fine-tune the operation. Much was learned and many mistakes made.

Switch forward to today, StayLakeNorman has in their control the strongest performing vacation rental homes on Lake Norman. We also have a boat rental company and concierge services to help complete what luxury guests want in their vacations. Our staff includes Reservationists, Housekeeping Managers, Maintenance folks, Quality Control teams, and third-party housekeepers, private chefs, massage therapists, etc.

If you are planning a family get together, ladies' trip or Grandad's 80th birthday surprise, we promise to supply the best luxury vacation rental homes on Lake Norman.
