Welcome to The Artisan, enjoy this stylish newly renovated Mid Century Modern Home totaling 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with large sparkling pool. (Pool is Non-heated, Non-screened)

Sleeps 20 • Great for large groups and entertaining. Main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.

Located 5 minutes to Downtown Naples, 5th Ave and 10 minutes to Beaches. Enjoy amazing Shopping, Dining, Entertainment & Nightlife. There’s something for everyone!
The space
For planning purposes, the property layout is as follows:

A main house with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, full gourmet kitchen open to a large living room and custom dining table to seat 12 with a double slider walking onto the large (non-heated) pool and (non-enclosed/non-screened) patio with BBQ grill. Just on the other side of the pool is a separate guest house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, its own kitchen and sitting area/TV.

• Perfect for multiple families, professional teams or larger groups up to 20.

The main house bedrooms/bathroom layout consist of:
• Bedroom/Bathroom 1: Master Bedroom with a King bed, 55 inch smart, 4K LED TV.
En suite bathroom with dual vanities, carrara marble shower with dual rainfall shower heads in a frameless glass shower enclosure.

- Bedroom/Bathroom 2: Queen bed with a 55" LED TV, ensuite bathroom with marble shower and a private double slider entrance to the pool deck.
- Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with a full size trundle underneath. 55 inch LED smart TV.
- Bedroom 4: Bunk room with 4 full size beds
- Bathroom 3: Marble shower / bath combo shared between bedroom 3 & 4 - open to the main living space as well.

The guest house bedroom/bathroom layout consists of:
• Bedroom 5: Queen size bed

- Bedroom 6: Queen size bed
- Bathroom 4: Wall to wall carrara marble bathroom with shower

**BBQ Grill and Propane tanks provided. If propane tanks run empty we pay for guests to exchange propane tanks.**

Spacious and kid friendly space. It’s appreciated when hosts have extra supplies available for guests to use. Plenty of extra towels, pillows, blankets available if needed. Along with things like body wash, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap etc. we were prepared with all of our own extras but that was cool that it was available if needed, not all places provide additional items once you use what is initially provided. Hosts were great with communication and instructions. We enjoyed our stay.

did not meet my expectations

The pool was not clean, the umbrellas that appear in the photos were not there either, the barbecue was in a place where it could not be moved, one room had a broken door and would not close, the shower in one bathroom was broken, the air conditioning did not cool the first 2 days and someone came to repair it, the air thermostat had a pin and was blocked, in general the house was not bad but the truth is it was not what I saw published in the listing.

Guys golf trip

Ten person golf trip, house was very accommodating for what we needed, plenty of room to spread out and hang out. Easy check in process, would stay again.

Friend Gathering For New Year's Celebration

The property manager was helpful and answered questions prior to and during our stay. The property did meet our expectations for the size of the house. We were able to all sit around the table and in the family room to play games and just relax. The pool was enjoyable with enough chairs and space for everyone. The property, however, was not clean when we arrived. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms had to be wiped down, swept, and dishes had to be washed prior to using. The bathrooms were very small and outdated and did not have any shelfs to put shampoo or soap in the shower, or anyplace to put items by the sink. There also was no garbage bin in any bedrooms or bathrooms. Overall, our experience was OK, but didn't live up to our expectations.
