There are 3 bedrooms- each with a queen size bed fit for 2 guests each, with an additional sleeper sofa located in the living room fit for 2 more additional guests. This property includes:
• Self check-in for a convenient arrival
• Pressure relief mattresses in all bedrooms
• Mattress protectors and pillow protectors in all bedrooms
• A fully equipped kitchen with utensils
• A spacious living room with Smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu & ESPN+)
• Books and board games
• A dining room that comfortably seats 6 guests
• Working Station with Wifi
• Entire space (professionally cleaned and sterilized after every visit)
• An onsite washer and dryer
• Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom
• Hair dryer and clothing iron with ironing board
• Outdoor security cameras and ring doorbell

• New privacy fence

This is an urban neighborhood with a lot of old history, which includes all walks of life and multi cultural backgrounds. Racism or prejudice is not welcome. Many native locals are friendly and familiar with each other. Although not a pristine or suburban looking neighborhood, it is still regarded as touristy and overall safe.
