Lovely Partial Oceanview Condo at Ocean Manor Resort One bedroom

The Lovely Beachfront Condominium overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is a perfect home away from home. It is a 6th-floor, Partial Ocean View One bedroom at the Ocean Manor Resort, with a fully enclosed balcony that becomes part of the internal space of the unit. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, open living room, and dining room.

The Ocean Manor Beach Front Condominium offers an oceanfront heated swimming pool, Tiki bar, restaurant, Salon and Spa, Real Estate Office, lounge and Coffee Shop, and Valet Parking.
Walking distance to the Galt Ocean Mile entertainment area and grocery shop. Rental.

This unit is not part of the Hotel Resort, so we do not have daily housekeeping.
We provide only with initial supply: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, hand liquid soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, kitchen sponge, bar soap, and small laundry detergent.

Our recent stay in this basic Fort Lauderdale beach condo was adequate for a short trip but marred by several location-specific drawbacks. The room’s proximity to three elevators meant constant dinging noises day and night, disrupting sleep and relaxation— a frequent complaint in high-rise beach properties here. TVs struggled with spotty WiFi, often failing to stream reliably, and loud construction from the adjacent building made daytime use of the pool and beach challenging. The pool, while convenient, spends afternoons fully shaded by surrounding high-rises, limiting sun exposure—Positives include complimentary beach towels and chairs, which were handy for direct beach access. Overall, a 3/5 for budget travelers unbothered by urban noise.

Clean and comfortable

It’s not luxury, but it was very clean, everything in the unit worked. Property owner was very responsive with communication. Property was beautiful, staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Fort Lauderdale Ocean Manor Condo

The facility was okay - not real fancy but adequate for our needs. The pool was nice and the beach was a short walk from our room. Close access to grocery and other amenities. We had a fire alarm at 3:45am on the morning we were scheduled to leave which was a hassle and interrupted our sleeping plans.

Perfect location

Property was has advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The beach towels and beach chairs were nice to have. Great place to eat on the property, by the beach. Great walking neighborhood, grocery store, and restaurants nearby. It was perfect.

Perfect getaway at the beach

My wife and I were looking a place on the beach, but with the amenities of a condo. This listing was perfect for what we wanted. We were steps away from the beach, and also walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment. The residence was neat and clean, and had just enough amenities for our week long stay. Just perfect.

Was very disappointed in the room. There were gnats swarming the room even though there was no food. The lock on the outside door felt very flimsy, I’ve never felt unsafe in a Vrbo until this room. The kitchen sink faucet was not mechanically attached to the sink…

I am sorry that you had a bad experience. We were not informed about the door handle, nor that you had gnats swarming in the kitchen. We could send the Condo Association Exterminator to address the issue. Our door handle is fine; we checked. It works perfectly. The lock features a deadbolt, making it quite secure. We can not install any additional lock due to the fire regulations of the Condo/Resort. Additionally, the kitchen faucet we mentioned to you was perfectly functioning, although it was a bit loose. Everything was great. I would suggest adding safety grab bars in the bathtub area. I'm a senior woman and felt a little unsteady in the tub and was in fear of falling.

Nice Location

I stayed for 5 nights and it was a good experience overall. There were a few hiccups but nothing severe the shower drain was clogged but they were quick to respond and rectify the issue. The beds were comfy. The units TVs are dated by that easily 8-10 years old and no smart tv. I know the point is to hit the beach but chilling at night it would be nice to have the option to connect to apps that we use on the tv. Especially with little kids around. The stay was nice and I’d stay again if the unit was more up to date. I give it a 7 out of 10 definitely worth checking out.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Sehr hellhörig. Man hört permanent die Klingel vom Fahrstuhl. Sauberkeit nach unseren Maßstäben verbesserungswürdig. Der Ausblick durch dreckige Fenster ist getrübt.Für Familie mit Kind absolut nicht geeignet.Zum Reisezeitraum (St. Patricks Day) viele Jugendliche mit entsprechenden "Begleiterscheinungen" in der Anlage.

I am sorry that the Resort was not suitable for you. Giving us 1 star because you had issues with the resort isn't really fair. March is spring break season across South Florida, and we cannot be responsible for others' behavior. The unit was perfectly cleaned. The outside windows are Resort duty; we do not have a balcony, so it will be dangerous for us to clean them. The Hotel hired a company to clean all the windows, and they do it once per year.
