renovated three bedroom two bath home. This house is within walking distance to the famous Pinellas Trail. This home is also located right next to a popular park great for walking. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a pet friendly home and is less than four miles from Indian Rocks Beach.

Lovely house in a great location

This house is exactly as pictured. It is well appointed with everything you would need for a family beach vacation. The location is very quiet with a great park within walking distance as well as the Pinellas trail.

Great House

Owner was very responsive when asked a question. House was great. Nice and clean. I did have to ask for checkin details and the back yard was a little messy with down palm leaves. But no big deal. Would stay again. All of the beach items available to use were a big bonus.

Wonderful house, superb location

The house is super cute and very comfortable and I loved the open concept of the floor plan! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and made cooking meals easy. We didn’t use the grill, but having it available was great! They have a wonderful amount of linens for showering and beach days. The wagon, umbrella and beach chairs were great to have. We left some beach toys for the next family! Would love to stay here on our next trip!

A wonderful experience!

We loved the place. It was very inviting. Everything was impeccably clean and it seemed newly updated and well appointed. In the garage were new beach chairs and even a wagon to carry things to and from the beach. In addition, the owner was easy to contact, pleasant and accommodating. The location was in a nice neighborhood and it was easy driving to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely return.

Escaped a post flood, Hurricane Helene.

Our hosts jumped through hoops to get us into this home. After suffering their own hurricane problems. It is a beautiful house at the end of a cul-de-sac. Spacious, modern, very clean and so much shade, a premium here in Florida. Also nestled on the edge of a county park and trail. Thank You SO Much!!!

Disappointed

We received the code to get in the house and upon arrival the cleaner was still there.She was in her bathing suit and barefoot!Said she got there late and was running behind.The glass door handle was broken on the inside and she was unable to open the door. She had to come outside through the garage.Dishes in cabinets had food on them. Kitchen window was not just unlocked but wide open! Shower curtain liner had about 2 inches of scum on the bottom.Exhaust fans in both bathrooms are clogged with dust.Grill was unusable due to needing a good cleaning.Leg on dining room chair about to fall off.Bloodstains on sheets.Broken and hanging limbs in backyard area making it dangerous to utilize the area.Roll of discarded old carpet in backyard.Gutters have trees growing in them!Home is in need of a thorough cleaning inside and out.

April Tampa trip

Visited family, the beaches, and sporting events in the Tampa Bay Area. Location to all was a bonus. The house was well kept. Nice to park car in the garage.
