1 BR, 1 BA Condo – Ski In/Out – Excellent Location!

This is the location for skiing: less than 50 yards from Breck’s Lower Lehman Run, Quicksilver Superchair and ski school — and you’re strolling distance from all the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. If you’re here to enjoy the slopes and Breck’s vibrant downtown scene, this is the place!

Trails End Sweet Dreams Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that’s perfect for groups of up to four. In the living area, there’s an electric fireplace and a large flat-screen TV; it’s the perfect place to relax and share stories about the day’s Rocky Mountain adventures. The kitchen feature granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from snacks to holiday meals. The kitchen table seats four people.

You’ll also enjoy the shared hot tub and access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tub as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day so your vacation can be as hassle free as possible.

Close to the slopes!

We had a great stay at Trails End Sweet Dreams Condo! Walking to the lifts and to Main St was super easy and convenient. Would stay again in the future!

Nice Property

We loved our stay at Trails End Sweet Dreams! The condo is very nicely finished-out and was very comfortable for the two of us. The condo was very clean, close walking to everything and the elevator was very convenient when walking in ski boots or carrying baggage. Next trip to Breckenridge, we will surely check out this unit.

Perfect condo

This condo was great - great location, clean, comfortable, and full of amenities. /The unit is modern and well stocked and equipped. The property managers went above and beyond- great communication and kept in touch to make sure everything went smooth and we had no issues or problems. Stay couldnt have been better - cannot wait to return!!

Cannot beat the location here - ski in, ski out and easily walkability to town. Excellent communication with manager as issues arose. A few small issues were addressed and did not take away from the experience. Note that the indoor hot tub is out of order for the foreseeable future.

Great Location and great communication

Overall we loved our short (2 night stay) at this location. It was a last minute trip and we are glad we got in. The walk to Peak 9 is pretty easy from the house. Check in and out process requires you to go to an offsite facility to pick up and drop off keys and you do need to move your car on check out day (The F lot worked really well for us). I also wish the parking pass was located with the keys rather than having to go up and down to the condo. Additionally the hot tub next to the building is pretty small. I do believe there is access to another facility, but we didn't make it there, so I can't speak to that. Overall it is a great place and the value was fantastic. We were really happy with our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Furniture too big for this place. 18” opening to get into closet. Fans r too loud as are portable fans. Cannot run fan and watch tv at the same time. Place is decent, very small bathroom.
