Welcome to Goodyear! EST in 1917 when Goodyear tire bought 16,000 acres! This is our new to us home and we love it so I think you will too! It has a HEATED pool for summer in January! It's ready for spring training, Nascar races, and always GOLF! Has Cable with the sports package. Shuffle board, did I mention a heated pool :) Tons of entertainment within 15 minutes! PS. Pool heat is Included in the cost!

This was a very beautiful home with all the amenities that were advertised. We had a problem with the pool heater and contacted the host. She responded immediately and had someone out to take care of the problem the same day. We would definitely stay here again.

Amenities stated in the profile were not available. Did speak with the host regarding multiple items broken/ not working including pool heater, ice maker and tub drain to list a few. She was quick to reply but nothing was fixed. Home itself was large enough for our group, but in desperate need to be up kept. Did have to clean upon arrival as back yard was noted to have pieces of wood litter the area along with bottle caps and cigarette butts etc. Sand on the futon in the living room also. Beds were comfortable. Would have liked more wash clothes available.

The home was clean, comfortable, and provided all accommodations.

The property has all accommodations needed. The check in procedure was clear and easy. The whole property provided that “at home” feel. The location is also a nice and quiet neighborhood.

Great place to chill with grandkids

Good house and neighborhood with fun games.

The house is in an excellent location for events in Goodyear. The neighborhood is nice. The indoor shuffleboard/bowling table and video games were a lot of fun. No extra frills, but it had everything we needed. Bring slippers so you can easier follow the request to take your shoes off while in the house.

This vacation home was as expected and was a great value. The kids loved the heated pool and the games, and the adults appreciated plenty of space. Stephanie was easy to communicate with.

Lovely looking house in a nice area , 4 bedrooms are good size with master bedroom being enormous . 3 bathrooms are very functional , lots of water pressure and hot , toilets are high quality . Kitchen easily sits 8 people with family room (TV) functional - games room is huge with shuffleboard and electronic games. Backyard pool was clean and heated and kept 2 teens very entertained . Extensive shopping is within 15 minute drive .

Host was great! Easy to communicate with and gracious in answering my "newbie" questions. House is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the acoustics. You could hear everything everywhere in the house. I wake up before everyone and could not be quiet enough to not wake someone else. Pool was a perfect temperature and there were plenty of pool accessories for our family (all over 40) and looked to be even more fun for families with smaller children. Would liked to have had a handrail for getting in the pool so my dad could have enjoyed more than just dipping his feet in. Overall, it was a fun few days. And, it was very nice to have use of the garage in that 100 degree Arizona heat.

Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood

This home was a great size for our family and friends over a long weekend. The cleaner hadn't cleaned upon our arrival but the owner was pretty quick to respond and have a team come in to clean quickly and fix the error. We were only slightly inconvenienced. The house could use some updates and finishing touches, but it was comfortable and the pool was a great addition. Depending on traffic, you're either 25 or 40 minutes from Phoenix and Tempe. Quiet neighborhood.

Clean, open, and gorgeous home!

Stephanie, thank you for letting us stay at your home in Goodyear! The house was everything we wanted. It is a very nice, open home with games and nice large kitchen! The pool was perfect! The deepest end was 5 ft, perfect for kids and teens. Heated pool and lights made night swimming extremely fun! I would highly recommend booking this rental if you are looking for a place in Goodyear!

Family oriented home

There was space for everyone. TV in almost all rooms. Ample amount of seating in the living room and dining room. Perfect for a family. Host was very easy to communicate with. Allowed us to heat the pool to our desired temp. We were able to enjoy the pool in the cold. A huge plus.

Pool was nice but.....

Best described as either broken or missing. Pool itself was good but as an example skimmer broken pool storage cabinet broken with numerous broken pool items laying in on around. "Grill" was unusable. Inside no glassware no usable pots and pans.

Our stay overall was good. Pool was nice and warm. House big and bright. There were a few things that we did not like for instance: there were no tea kettle which is very important for our family as we like to drink tea and coffee. Pool was warm but it was not comfortable to swim with the pool vacuum still in there and it could not be removed per instructions. Washer and dryer are much older than in the pictures and had to wash a load twice because washer did not work properly.

Not up to standards

The home is very big and beautiful. The game room was fun for the whole family. Lots of space, everywhere! Cool, retro arcade games!The cons: The water softener system in the garage had an error code that chirped every 30 seconds, 24 hours per day. Not a comfortable piece of furniture in the house. Sectional was broken. Sofa bed missing a leg. Lower bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Pool was supposed to be heated to 86. It was not even turned on. Kitchen floor had not been swept. (Popcorn on the floor when we arrived)Perfect house for a VRBO, but needs basic upgrades and maintenance.

Good space & good time

House was very clean& comfy. The pool was perfect for our Alaska blood & for the Az acclimated kids. Lots of space in & outdoors for all of us. We were in the pool every day with it being 100 degrees & it was wonderful. Some pool towels & kitchen towels would be useful, but we worked with it. There really wasn’t many good pans & no pots for cooking much. We figured out DoorDash is quick! The only negatives are… the stairs are a bit painful on feet where there is damage if you step on the damaged part. If little kids will be going up/down stairs be aware. Second… the pillows were horrible. Communication with the owner was fast when there were a couple things that came up. We enjoyed our stay.

Goodyear Home Review

This house could use some updates. The stairs were a tripping hazard and had wood coming off of them. Other parts of the house were falling apart. There were very little hand or bath towels. Our bathroom didn't have any hand towels. The kitchen didn't have any dish towels, so it was difficult to wash dishes. We were told the pool would be heated to 86 degrees. The pool was in the 70's while we were there so it was very chilly to swim. The pool cover was in rough shape along with the pool chairs and accessories. There weren't any cleaning supplies like a broom to keep up with daily maintenance. There were very few blankets in the home. No throw blankets in the living room and no additional blankets or pillows for the additional beds that are in the house. They had extra mattresses but no bedding. The location of the property seemed safe, but there wasn't much to do in that area of town. To top it off, we were accused of peeing in two of the beds. We received an extra cleaning fee for "beds were saturated in pee". I contacted the host, and she wouldn't provide any pictures of this. I'm 100% confident that none of us peed in the beds. I resolved this issue with VRBO customer support.

Everything was exactly as advertised. There were a few deferred maintenance issues like the back screen door and other minor problems that go with any home. I would make the following suggestions: * Provide instructions for how to use the television and what apps are included with the rental. * Provide dish towels
