Our home away from home

This gorgeous cozy 2-bedroom cottage is located directly on the saltwater marsh with spectacular views from its private deck. With southern exposure, enjoy sunrises and sunsets while watching the ever changing high and low tides of the marsh. The low country wildlife with herons and egrets is on full display. The unit is within walking distance to the newly renovated clubhouse, golf, pickleball, and tennis.

Our home was completely remodeled in 2023. It is bright, cheerful, and provides comfort in all seating and resting areas. The side facing the marsh is all glass! Luxury vinyl plank flooring is consistent throughout the unit. It is the last unit in a row of cottages allowing for privacy.

Home Features Include:

The fully equipped kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances with plenty of storage, including a separate beverage cooler, and under cabinet lighting. The stove is operated by propane. A Keurig coffer maker is provided. The quartz island features 5 comfortable bar stools for entertainment. The dining room table has seating for 4.

The living room is bright and open with a vaulted ceiling and fan. Enjoy the 55” Sony flat screen with You Tube TV and Amazon Firestick. Sink into the Stressless recliners. An electric fireplace with heaters adds to the ambiance.

The private deck extends along the entire length of the living room, and features 4 rocking chairs and a
Weber gas grill.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a comfortable Casper foam mattress. A TV with You Tube TV and Amazon Firestick is provided. Includes ceiling fan, towels, and linens.

The private master bath has a large walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a comfortable Casper foam mattress. Includes ceiling fan, towels, and linens.

Circular stairs lead to the loft with a desk, monitor, printer, keyboard, and mouse. The loft overlooks the living space with vaulted ceiling.

Whole house high speed internet Wi-Fi is available.

A separate laundry room with high efficiency washer and dryer is provided.

2 dedicated parking spaces with exterior lighting are available. Weekly trash service is provided.

Motorcycles or commercial pickup trucks are not allowed.

Rentals 30 day minimum and limited to parties of 4 people or less.

Moss Creek – The community and area

Moss Creek is located less than a mile from the bridge to Hilton Head, where the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head can be accessed. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. Historic Old Town Bluffton is just a few miles away with charming shops. Savannah and Charleston are excellent choices for day trips.

Numerous well respected and challenging low country golf courses are available in Beaufort County. These courses include May River golf course, Montage Palmetto Bluff Resort, Hilton Head National, and Old South Golf Links to name a few.
