- PLEASE NOTE: The pool will be open Saturdays and Sundays only. All amenities are subject to availability and may occasionally be closed at the discretion of building management. You may confirm availability with the front desk during your stay.
The building is undergoing hallway renovations. Some elevators may also be occasionally unavailable. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure a comfortable stay.

- Lost key fob will incur a $200 replacement fee.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any smell of smoke will automatically result in a $400 fumigation fee charged directly to the guest.
- Violation of house rules will result in up to $1000 fine and/or eviction without a refund.

If you come to Miami, you can't miss Brickell. It is the "Manhattan of the South". You don't need a car to go around as everything you need is within walking distance. Dozens of attractions within a short Uber trip ($5-$15). Wonderful vibe here. You'll have hundreds of restaurants (including many Michelin), parks, clubs, and shops to choose from. Every week there are events nearby.
