Escape the cold!

My sister and I came down to find warm weather, we found a lovely place to get rejuvenated for the rest of the winter! Warm pools, great beaches and no crowds!

Cleanliness was fair with coffee rings on balcony table, tall sliding glass doors were haphazardly cleaned and had dog or kid smears lower half of glass and only cleaned 3/4 of the way up. Floors were half way swept with sand/dirt in corners and baseboards. Communication with host was poor and Resort registration was not provided before Checkin for carefree check-in.Checkin was slow and taking about 90 minutes with long lines and only 1 Guest Registrar. The condo was satisfactory with worn and used sofa and loveseat and dining room table legs are wobbly. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The weather was beautiful and the sunsets were gorgeous

We will escalate the cleanliness concerns (coffee rings, poorly cleaned sliding doors, sand/dirt in corners and baseboards, and incomplete sweeping) to housekeeping for a deep clean and retraining. Maintenance will inspect the sofa and loveseat condition and tighten/repair the dining table legs. I apologize for the poor communication and the resort registration/check-in delays. We’ll follow up with our reservations team and the resort to ensure registration is provided prior to arrival and raise the slow check-in/staffing issue with resort management. Family vacation

This was an amazing rental! Came stock with literally everything anyone could need! Beach wagon, coolers, and so many great kitchen items. Tupperware, bowls wine opener. We’ve stayed in so many rentals with VRBO and this one has been the most stocked we’ve ever seen! The property was super clean. We saw people cleaning every morning. The beds were comfortable and we loved the provided games! We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

We loved the condo and loved the location. This is the first time staying at grand Panama. Great view of the ocean from our balcony and great pool area. We hated to check out two days early but had a death in the family. We would definitely stay at this condo again. The bed was comfy and nice shower and bathrooms. We was able to bring our yorkie with us also. Elevator was a little slow but that was fine. This was one of the best condo’s we’ve stayed in so far. We come to Panama City beach every year.

The place was beautiful the only thing that I didn’t like was lack of storage for your belongings. The master bedroom didn’t even have a dresser or anything to put your clothes in, not even a closet. Plus there was no space for a dresser, my daughter who is pregnant had a very hard time just getting around to her side of the bed. The second bedroom had a dresser but it was so close to the bed that we just kept our belongings in our suitcases, I left mine out in the hallway, my grandson’s was on the kitchen table. The kitchen also had no pantry or anywhere to put our groceries for the week so we had to leave them out on the counter. The condo was beautiful with a gorgeous view and the pool area was very nice it just needs some storage.
