After a full day of work or play, unwind on the comfortable sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the 50” Roku Smart TV, all while staying connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.



The fully equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove/range, dishwasher, and microwave. Enjoy meals at the oversized island with seating for three, perfect for dining, working remotely, or gathering for a quick snack. The kitchen is stocked with essentials including cookware, dishware, linens, and a Keurig pod coffee maker.



The spacious bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a large walk-through closet that leads directly into the private en-suite bathroom. The bathroom layout includes a separate toilet area and vanity space, providing added privacy and convenience.

This apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. There are 24 stairs from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor.

Shared Common Areas -There is convenient parking & handicap parking as well at The Well @Mouratouglou Academy where you will gain entry through the far left entrance of the building with your personal fob or personal mobile key during your stay. The building is three levels and during your stay you will only have access to the entrance of the first floor & second floor - (no elevator on property). Building Amenities - Modern premier healthy life style building, chemical free with industry leading water and air filtrations. Secure entrance with key fobs & property has security cameras that are solely monitoring outside the property and public areas within the building for your safety & security.

Pet-friendly property - limit 2 small dogs (max 35 lbs) is permitted with property manager approval and a $20 per night fee will be assessed up to maximum $75 per stay. Please notify us prior to arrival if you are bringing your dog. We ask that you be responsible and pick up after your pet.
