Guests have exclusive access to the condo, front porch area, 6 pools throughout the complex and the Rancho area where guests can BBQ, lounge and dine. Guests can only park one car on the premises. Any additional cars can be safely parked on the street outside the complex, where neighbourhood security constantly patrols.

Boasting a private entrance accessed from the side of the front porch, this unit welcomes you with abundant natural light streaming through two sliding glass doors.
The inviting living room features two cozy couches and ample seating for the entire family, along with a smart TV for entertainment. A dining room table, accommodating four guests, complements the well-appointed kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a spacious fridge, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker.
On the first floor, you'll find a bathroom that includes a separate toilet area on one side and, on the other side, a separate room space with a stand-alone shower and a convenient laundry facility at the back, equipped with a washer and dryer for guests to use freely during their stay. Ascend to the second floor to find the master bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom with two twin beds, both providing plenty of storage space.

This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

Please be advised that only one parking space per condo is allowed within the gated complex. We cannot provide additional parking passes for extra vehicles. However, the neighborhood is very safe, with patrol guards monitoring the streets, and we have never encountered issues with guest parking on the street. It is essential that you read and comply with this parking policy before confirming your reservation.
