Parking spots labeled for 2 vehicles in the parking lot. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking. Ride shares can be scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. No pool access. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No grilling allowed. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
