Please note that exterior construction will be taking place at the property between June and September as the back decks are being replaced. Work will occur on weekdays only. Great stay in Bend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spotless rental with everything we needed. VRC staff was exceptional! This has to be one of the best rentals I have ever stayed at.

Amazing stay!

This was an absolutely amazing property! Everything was in pristine and very clean condition, and there were many thoughtful details. Very well stocked kitchen and pantry, all the extras are there! And the views of the forest from the windows is unmatched, we were in awe of the beauty. I cannot wait to come back to Bend, and this will be my go to spot to rent any time I’m visiting! 10/10!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay - bed was very comfortable, location was excellent, furnishings were lovely. The private hot tub is a huge bonus. The property was generally clean except a recent previous guest’s dog had peed on the living room rug, causing an increasingly strong odor during our stay. The upstairs neighbors had three small children running around for several hours two days in a row, which was quite loud, & the door code had not been updated prior to check-in so we had to call for help to enter. Management was super responsive & friendly when we contacted them.

Our only complaint was the hot tub - the motor was loudly running throughout the day and night which impacted our sleep. We did notify the property management and they offered to have someone come out to check on the hot tub. We were leaving the next morning so didn't feel a pressing need to have someone come out. Seemed like an incredible waste of energy - the hot tub temperature was set at 96 so not sure why the motor was running so frequently.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo, it was spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. We loved that the location was a few minutes from town, but yet felt like we were out in the middle of nowhere. Views of the trees from inside and from the balcony were wonderful and created privacy. My only recommendations (not complaints) were to provide instructions on how to use the shower, and to try to set the timer for the hot tub motor to not go off at night. Since it is outside right by the bed, you could hear it go off during the night ( not a big deal but just a recommendation). Also, my codes for the door never worked as provided, I had to call to get a different code when first checking in, and then the check-out code didn't work either. Still, would definitely stay here again.
