Waterfront in back (with canal to the Gulf); Dock to tie-up your boat, jetski, kayak, etc.; Huge pool and hot tub; A short 700 ft. walk to the beach; Home garage parking; 2 trundle daybeds (AKA 4 twin beds); Cable and Wifi; Smart TV; Fully equipped kitchen; Newly remodeled with gorgeous furnishings; And lots of little extras like board games, books and other touches to make it feel like home. This rental is not senior or disabled friendly
You are under constant video surveillance by the management not a 4 bedroom as advertised only three actual bedrooms and a open space on second floor no handicap provision’s available no boat dock lighting or water hose at boat dock no towel rack in utility bathroom very limited parking space and you are responsible for cleaning the rental property before you leave or get outrages penalty charges to be honest when I pay premium prices for a week stay I should not have to wash dishes do laundry or otherwise do cleaning before I leave considering they already charge you a hefty cleaning fee….. also they should make it clear that this is not a senior or handicap friendly unit with three flights of stairs to get to the bathrooms no handicap provisions for bathrooms showers or stairs

Great house!
Overall we were really happy with this house. It is a very short walk to the beach and has a pool and hot tub we could use. The house was very clean and very comfortable. There were two things I wish I had known before our stay that the listing didn’t make clear. First is the layout of the house. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath. The living room has seating for about 5 and the only tv in the house. It would have been nice to have one more tv in the house for rainy days. Not that big of a deal though for us. The second floor has two private bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a laundry room. The two twins with trundles are in the common area of this floor. The third floor is a semi-private bedroom. Meaning, it has no doors and is open to the stairwell. This layout ended up working out ok for our family, but only because our oldest adult child ended up not being able to join us, making us a party of 6 instead of 7. The other issue that we had was that the kitchen is not well stocked. This may not be a big deal to some, but we like to cook most of our meals ourselves rather than going out to eat or ordering takeout. There were pots and pans, but no mixing bowls, measuring cups/spoons, no serving bowls, no colander, grater, peeler, etc. I ended up having to buy a few cheap basics at the dollar store to get us through the week. None of these negatives took away from our overall experience though.

Mexico Beach is an amazing place - It's a small beach town not covered-up with overcrowding and traffic (like some of our neighboring cities); Where enjoying the beach, and wildlife, and the relaxation of vacation is so much easier. One of my favorite things to do at the house is blend up a piña colada and sit on the 2nd story front deck to watch the sunset. If you're looking for a relaxing and revitalizing beach vacation, The Cozy Pearl is right for you. :)

There is a community pool and hot tub for your enjoyment during your stay, as well as private community boat docks to use for your watercraft during your stay. The canal behind our home leads right out to the Gulf of Mexico! :)
We pride ourselves on creating a very comfortable and relaxing environment for our guests - from luxury beds and and linens to a small library and other finishing touches. Our genuine hope is that you and your guests feel 'at home' during your stay.
*Please Note* - We do have 2 Ring doorbell cameras - 1 at the front and 1 at the back door, that we use to keep our rental secured when we do not have guests. We don't actively monitor these after guests arrive, but they are always on, so please keep that in mind.
