The property was simply superb! From checking in to the cleanliness of the rooms, guest accommodations, everything was great. My only wish is to alert guests that they will need to bring wash cloths and towels to bathe. If my schedule allows, I plan to book again for next year. Thank you for everything.

Great family vacation with the kids and grandkids! Not right on the beach, but an easy walk to it. The only downside was all the stairs, and the master bedroom is on the third floor.

This was the perfect property for our family vacation. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The hostess was very quick to respond to any questions we had. There were beach chairs, a wagon and beach toys. There was a nice size yard for me to take our dog to walk around. Would stay there again!

Perfect for larger groups. Short walk to the beach. Extremely clean with everything you need. It’s a condo so lots of steps. Kitchen and living room area is located on second floor. Great if you have teenagers as you can let them have a floor of their own. Top floor preferably. Not for older adults who have issues climbing stairs.

Thank you for the five-star review! We're glad the condo was perfect for your group and that the short walk to the beach and cleanliness met your expectations. Thank you for noting the layout and stairs. That’s a helpful tip for future guests about the second-floor kitchen/living area and the top floor being great for teens, while not ideal for guests with mobility issues. We enjoyed hosting you and hope to welcome you back soon.

Beautiful Home

The property was lovely and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and the pool was relaxing. The location was good also, right between the craziness of Panama City and the laid back charm of Rosemary Beach. I would recommend the property. Only dislike was the numerous stairs!

Awesome House

The house and location were both amazing. We loved all of the decor and all "little things" that Ryan had thought about (laundry baskets, towel hooks and luggage racks, etc). It was so nice! Also, having the additional fridge in the garage was a huge plus. We hope to come back and stay soon!

Great place and a great location

This place is wonderful and I would recommend it. The only warning would be for people that have trouble with stairs (from the bottom floor to the first floor is 19 steps and then another 19 to the top floor). This is probably pretty standard for Florida.

We loved it.

The Townhouse was well equipped with everything you would need plus, it was clean and a nice short walk to the beach. If I could think of anything negative - It does have alot of stairs but we knew it was 3 stories. Amazing time with our family and friends. Thanks for an amazing week!

100% perfect trip

Communication and details from the host was the best we have ever experienced! This place accommodates people of any age. Very spacious, super close to the beach, and very private. The pool was perfect. The additional grassy area was a perfection extension for outdior play. They literally had everything you needed plus some. We will 100% stay here again.

Overall the house was fine. There was some mold near the front windows and there isn't a stand up paddle board and only one cooler. However, there was a wagon. My biggest complaint was in the service. There were only 8 towels in the house with 16 people staying, when I called, we were told that they would be there before 10pm with the remaining towels. They didn't show up, we called again the next day and someone tried to only bring us 5 towels. Luckily they had an additional 3 towels with them, but when you have a house that accommodates 16 people there should be 16 towels. The next day, there was no electricity in the downstairs bedroom. The maintenance man came to check the fuse box (which we'd already done) and then said they couldn't do anything until the next day. The TV didn't work and none of the outlets, so we couldn't even use a fan down there. The electrician came the next day and fixed it but we were without power in that room for more than 24 hours and there was no acknowledgment of any inconvenience to us or an apology. I'm not an unreasonable person, but when you pay 5K for a week you have an expectation of good customer service.

Awesome place to stay!

This a great place to stay! It is exactly as described! There’s lots of space for everyone to be comfortable (there were 13 of us). There were so many extras (beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, toys, towels and so much more). Great hosts…quick to answer any questions. Pool was wonderful…..beach access was as easy as described. The beach……unbelievable…..almost like a private beach. I can’t say enough about this property. Don’t miss the opportunity to rent this place! Lots of great family memories made here!

Family fun in Florida

Great location. Plenty of space and amenities. The floors were a little dirty when we arrived, but understandable. The only negative is also a positive. We hauled a lot of "stuff" that we didn't need to because it was already there, but we didn't know it. Things like beach chairs, wagon, portable crub, high chair, etc.

Location, Location, Location!

Great Location, short walk to the beach access. House was equipped with everything one would need ..kitchen small appliances, utensils all provided, beach chairs, umbrella, pull cart for the beach. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. All the mattresses were comfortable. There is even a washer and dryer. Only drawback for a senior renter would be the steps up to 2nd and 3rd levels. Wish that the lower level bedroom had a king and not a queen bed for senior members of family. In all, for us celebrating our 50th anniversary with our family it was the perfect place. Highly recommend.

Amazing house & location

The house worked out perfectly for our annual July 4th beach trip. The close proximity to the beach was key for us and this house definitely checked that box. You can be on the beach in about 1 minute once your outside and the area is great. Not as crowded as we’re used to being slightly up/down the coast. The extra garage fridge was a big plus for us since we had 3 families in the house. They also had many chairs/umbrellas and two beach wagons. We also left some boogie boards for the next guests. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The host also communicated very well. We are booking the place again for next year!

Family Christmas Vacation at Beach Please 2022

Our experience at this property has been nothing short of AMAZING! Honestly, we cannot see ourselves staying anywhere else but here now that we have experienced it. The house had everything we needed to spend a full week. The time went by way too fast and we were never looking for something to do. Even when it was too cold to stay at the beach, we had plenty of activities to do at the house. We have a large family and yet we didn’t need more towels, bedding, or beds. The beach chairs were an added bonus for our beach bonfire. Thank you for setting us up for a great trip where we made memories that will last a lifetime!

Spring Break Perfect

My family and two others stayed together and it worked lovely. We had one set of adults on each floor and the kids shared the bunk room (boys) and the other king bed ( 2 pre teen girls). The kids shared their bathroom and all of the adult pairs had their own private bath attached to their rooms. Everything was as promised in the listing. The garage full of beach supplies was the icing on the cake. We rarely saw others using the pool. The 2 days we used the pool it was only our group. Book it - you won’t regret it. Yes it has stairs, but that was my built in calorie burning on vacay lol. It also was a nice way to give our multiple family group some private space while sharing a home. We LOVED our stay. The beach is gorgeous and we ran back and forth without thinking twice. Super close! We rented a pontoon and spent the day at Shell Island. You are close enough to the Pier and all that it has to offer, yet safe at home from any partygoer’s noise. Great stay!

Very nice place, not far from the beach unless you are mobility challenged. I did rent an electric wheel chair for the beach (game changer). The unit we stayed has a lot of stairs. We really did love it but I recommend asking detailed questions if you have a family member with special needs. Overall it is a really great place, well equipped and comfy.
