A very spacious condo in a location you cannot beat! The beach was right across the street & there were several restaurants in walking distance or a short drive. Host was very helpful and responsive!

We hosted our two adult children and their significant others. The property was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The beach, shopping and dining were all a walkable distance! We loved the property and would see ourselves returning in the summer.

I had my bachelorette party here and it was wonderful! We were able to walk to the beach each day in less than five minutes, which was so convenient! We will definitely come back and stay here again

Enjoyed our stay very much! Unit was extremely clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect! Great access to beach and the balcony/porch was the absolute best and our favorite.

Great stay! Can’t beat the location. We loved the wrap around porch and communication with was needed to bring - beach towels, extra toilet paper/paper towels/hand soap was appreciated!

Excellent property so close to the beach! Perfect amount of space for our family, convenient location to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and on the 30A. Well appointed and very comfortable. We loved the balcony with an ocean glimpse. Sometimes a little noisy near the main road and the appliances could use an update. The dishwasher was broken from the moment we arrived, the washer and dryer are old, the garbage can was dirty and rusted, but other than those few things we were very happy!

Happy Fourth of July 2024 30A Vacation

Location was great. The place is very nice. We enjoyed the location to the beach. The pizza place next door and the ice cream shop below were great. Mexican Restaurant was also nice to walk to.

Centrally located to all 30a fun spots. Easy beach access. Peaceful expansive porch. Lovely kitchen!

Beautiful apartment with 3rd floor views of 30A, within walking distance to the beach with easy access. It was clean and well-stocked. It was a little loud during Spring Break with sound from the other apartments around us, but there’s nothing the owners can do about that.

A break from the Norm

Other than a few minor things living room sofa table needs attention before it hurts someone hallway hutch should be mounted to wall, other than those two safety issues everything about this place was fantastic a great location great place

This truly was just across the street from the beach access. My handicapped mom was able to walk there and walk down the long ramp rather than the stairs to reach the beach easily. The building has an elevator which was a great help too. The condo is perfectly comfortable and lovely with a big wrap around balcony with a view (not a huge view) of the water. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space. Only the bunk room is small but adequate and still equipped with tv and a dresser. We had a wonderful time riding bikes up and down 30 A to Seaside, Grayton Beach State Park, etc. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was exactly as described and featured in the photos. In fact, it was more spacious than we expected, especially the two main bedrooms, which was a pleasant development. (However, note that the third bedroom with the bunkbeds is very tight.) Unit is on the third floor, which is a plus because you are above the shops and parking lot and no one can see in to your condo. Building is literally across the street from the beach entrance and convenient to so many shops and eateries. We would gladly return!
