Ni jabón, ni pasta de dientes, ni luz en la cocina, el aire no enfría y solo se podía poner para dormir, no siquiera un agua en la nevera, el agua de la ducha era escasa y no se ponía tan caliente, la vecina que me imagino que es la mamá de la persona que me rentó, desde las 8 am hablando fuerte en la ventana de la habitación quejándose del aire que si paga mucho etc pero bueno al menos no dormí en la calle

The property was nice and very clean. Check-in was easy. However, there are a few details that needs attention. The shower water pressure was bad. The pillows were horrible and my towel had holes. These things if improved upon would have made my stay excellent.

Unsafe and dirty

This place had no lights in the passage way to structure. The door had an aluminum miami window which is easy to open and unlock the door. The inside door gate did not lock with the keys. Air conditioner only in bedroom. The living/dinning room/kitchen had no air conditioner. The pots and pans were old and corroded. The sponges and scouring pads were dirty. The gas stove burners would turn on half and pop/burst then turn off.thus letting gas out. Bathing soap was a small bar soap in an old box with mold. 1 roll of toilet tissue. 1 wash cloth. No paper towels in kitchen. Table in bedroom was falling apart. The bed headboard was dirty. We had rented it for 2 nights. The 2nd day we left.

Clean and comfortable apartment

The check in process was a little difficult because I didn’t know the second door was the one I needed to go to. I contacted Luis around 1am and he promptly answered and directed me to the door. Once inside I was pleasantly surprised at how accurate the description was. Very cozy and clean with everything I needed and more. I will definitely be back. Thank you walked a couple blocks to the Fronter

Perfect for a short stay!

I would have given it a perfect rating but the bed was very uncomfortable. The owner was immediately responding to any questions. I especially appreciated the complimentary bottle water, tolietries and PR coffee!

All was well with the place. Close to the airport with out the load noise. No issues and plenty in the area for food and fun.

Well the ac unit is only situated only in the bedroom so which leaves the living room real hot just my stay I spend most my time in bed . And the refrigerator doesn’t work properly . The inner bar lock needs to fix so you can be better secured. Overall lovely property

Estuve solo por 2 dias, mi intencion era estar cerca del aeropuerto y disfrutar de entretenimientos cerca , placita de Santurce , viejo San Juan, mall de San juan ,ect, hasta disfrutamos de Guavate. El apartamento comodo y economico.

Needs a better description explaining that you have to enter from the left side of the house behind the fence, and needs to specify which entry as there are multiple entries.

Nice place near everything

The property is very close to the airport, perfect for an early flight. It’s also on the way to the rainforest in one direction, old San Juan and all points west in the other. It’s roomy and clean. My host was very nice and has a lovely little patio with a ton of plants and a mango tree! It’s also close to the best BBQ place, Bebo’s. I hate in-line water heaters but they are everywhere in PR.
