All was well with the place. Close to the airport with out the load noise. No issues and plenty in the area for food and fun.

Perfect for a short stay!

I would have given it a perfect rating but the bed was very uncomfortable. The owner was immediately responding to any questions. I especially appreciated the complimentary bottle water, tolietries and PR coffee!

The property was nice and very clean. Check-in was easy. However, there are a few details that needs attention. The shower water pressure was bad. The pillows were horrible and my towel had holes. These things if improved upon would have made my stay excellent.

Nice place near everything

The property is very close to the airport, perfect for an early flight. It’s also on the way to the rainforest in one direction, old San Juan and all points west in the other. It’s roomy and clean. My host was very nice and has a lovely little patio with a ton of plants and a mango tree! It’s also close to the best BBQ place, Bebo’s. I hate in-line water heaters but they are everywhere in PR.

Clean and comfortable apartment

The check in process was a little difficult because I didn’t know the second door was the one I needed to go to. I contacted Luis around 1am and he promptly answered and directed me to the door. Once inside I was pleasantly surprised at how accurate the description was. Very cozy and clean with everything I needed and more. I will definitely be back. Thank you walked a couple blocks to the Fronter

Difficult access

Needs a better description explaining that you have to enter from the left side of the house behind the fence, and needs to specify which entry as there are multiple entries.

Loved the neighborhood

Our stay was great. The apartment was clean and as advertised. The area was safe and the people in the neighborhood were friendly. There’s a bodega not to far (within walking distance) from the apartment. If you enjoy getting out and walking, there is a gas station/convenience store in the area, Bebo’s restaurant, and a few other places to enjoy. Luis was responsive and walked us through everything we needed to know. Overall, we loved the area. Ubers were really cheap to get. The airport is less than 7 minutes away.

Well the ac unit is only situated only in the bedroom so which leaves the living room real hot just my stay I spend most my time in bed . And the refrigerator doesn’t work properly . The inner bar lock needs to fix so you can be better secured. Overall lovely property

Unsafe and dirty

This place had no lights in the passage way to structure. The door had an aluminum miami window which is easy to open and unlock the door. The inside door gate did not lock with the keys. Air conditioner only in bedroom. The living/dinning room/kitchen had no air conditioner. The pots and pans were old and corroded. The sponges and scouring pads were dirty. The gas stove burners would turn on half and pop/burst then turn off.thus letting gas out. Bathing soap was a small bar soap in an old box with mold. 1 roll of toilet tissue. 1 wash cloth. No paper towels in kitchen. Table in bedroom was falling apart. The bed headboard was dirty. We had rented it for 2 nights. The 2nd day we left.

Ok for a short stay and tight budget

The place was clean and close to the airport. All essentials are provided. Communication around finding the place was not clear. I arrived at 1am and I had to call the owner because I was confused about how to enter. Once I did enter on the side he clarified that it was the second door. There are two to choose from. How to enter and access the door was not communicated. Only the code was given. Being my first time in PR and arriving in a residential neighborhood and trying to enter what looks looks like a private residence means all this should be clearly stated. He did answer my call at 1am which was greatly appreciated but only after I was anxious about the process. The other major was that the shower was barely functional due to the shower head being little more than a drizzle. I did manage to clean myself and it worked out fine for me because I’m a laid back traveler. The sad part of this is a shower head is cheap to fix and communication is free. I hate leaving bad reviews but these things need to be fixed. All that being said, if you are on a tight budget, speak Spanish and are more of an adventurer than vacationer this would still cut it.

With a few changes could be great stay

My review..The host was very responsive until the night we checked in. We didn't get in until late and we could not find the property we had the address but didn't realize you had to go behind the first property to not the first door but the second door. We were afraid we would be walking in on strangers and it just was not clearly marked or communicated which apartment you go to. That's very scary for 2 women alone at midnight in a strange neighborhood. The apartment was clean with the exception of a dirty cleaning cloth that was left to the bathroom drawer. The air conditioner is only located in the bedroom and we had to close the door at night to be able to sleep because roosters started crowing at 3 AM The shower was our main complaint because it was a box mounted up on the wall and we never got more than a trickle on water pressure we really had to take quick showers. We were wanting to make coffee but had issues getting the gas stove started. We contacted the owner but he didn't answer until much later and told us to turn it on which it's gas and it never caught and we were a little bit leery of starting the gas with the lighter. The stove is connected to a propane tank on the outside of the apartment the same type of tank that you use for an outdoor barbecue.The Wi-Fi password was also incorrect it had an extra letter in it and we were able to connect. I think if the host at least put a fan In the living room to circulate the air it would not have been so stifling

Ni jabón, ni pasta de dientes, ni luz en la cocina, el aire no enfría y solo se podía poner para dormir, no siquiera un agua en la nevera, el agua de la ducha era escasa y no se ponía tan caliente, la vecina que me imagino que es la mamá de la persona que me rentó, desde las 8 am hablando fuerte en la ventana de la habitación quejándose del aire que si paga mucho etc pero bueno al menos no dormí en la calle…
